What can I say except that the hotel etc exceeded our expectations. After reading reviews we were a little apprehensive but glad we went with our gut. We were give room 619 top floor which looked over the pool with sea and hill top views. The rooms were more than suitable for the job at hand with our wee balcony area. Meals were great with lots on offer but highlight at these times were definitely the staff. Overall we thought it was a great place to have came to as our 1st family holiday and look forward to coming back.

When you first see the hotel you are actually miles away because it is so huge! The entrance is impressive with numerous trailing plants hanging down into the foyer.
Our room was serviceable; discovering ants wandering around was suboptimal but I suspect they find their way in through the covered drain in the bathroom. The bed was very firm and a single long pillow, which I had to fold over as it was pretty flat.
Food is okay, nothing spectacular but nice enough.
Some staff need lessons on manners but I'm English and have expectations.
The spa is very pleasant even if the mosaic tiling is broken in places, but the gym is absolutely terrible. There are free weights and a multi-gym (which was out of order) a couple of spin bikes and a lonely single treadmill. There's no air in there so I felt rather uncomfortable when running.
Outside the pools are great and there is plenty of sunbeds.
The hotel is really close to Costa Teguise, a 20 minute walk.
All in all it's nice enough but a bit tired in some places.

This is our 4th time at this hotel and I have to say it is not as good as it was the first time and get worse each time we visit. The food quality has slipped and cleanliness in dining area very poor. The room serve is still good. No tea and coffee in room any more unless you pay extra. The entertainment use to be good now only one show in 2 week was worth watching. The first visit would have been 5 stars sorry but now only 3.

Loved our time. Rooms were nice and big but could do with a lick of paint. Staff were phenomenal. Nice and helpful. The free shuttle was excellent. Area was a bit far away from town but taxis are super cheap. All in all we loved our time and wish we didn't have to come home.

My husband and I was a t the hotel 17 months ago and really enjoyed our stay so that was why we booked again this year but was shocked to see how quick the hotel has gone down food was more or less the same every day, the food was never hot and wasn't presented very nice. The spa should be shut down as it is dangerous lose dirt tiles and floors extremely slippey, entertainment was appalling, the only good things about this hotel were the cleaning ladies were wonderful and doing an excellent job cleaning the rooms, bar staff very friendly and worked hard keeping everyone happy welcoming staff not very welcoming at all
