Brilliant family resort, lots to do. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the maid service is great; always clean towels and toilet roll. The staff a really helpful and friendly and the food is delicious with lots of choice and tables always available. The pools and grounds are Brilliant and always kept clean and well looked after and the splash park is good fun. There was only 1 criticism I could make and that was the music at the main pool was repetitive but that aside it was the best family resort we have stayed at

Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean and spacious for our family and there was a playground right outside door which kids were made up with. We went in the winter so the pools were absolutely freezing and could do with being heated. We used the small puddle pools. Small splash park also very good. Not far from main town and reception will order taxi if you ask. Buffet breakfast was nice and had a large variety to choose from.

I had a package holiday, self catering for 4 nights. No children. I think I was in an updated room which was the nicest I have stayed in on the Canaries so far. The bed was actually comfortable which is never the case! Compact but good kitchen, missing a few bits like bowls and dish soap but easily bought at the shop on site.
The spa is very dated and the Sauna was warm and the steam room was musty, do not have the spa be a reason to stay here.
Check in was busy, but that’s to be expected, I think people just need to have more patience. The A/C in my room doesn’t get turned on until 1 May, it was very warm at night as on the ground floor didn’t sleep with windows open. Probably would be too hot if there was a family of 4 staying in it.
I had lunch and dinner there once, the reviews are pretty accurate, the queues were long but I avoided peak times and walked right in. It’s all inclusive food. I don’t think people should complain about this. They know what they are getting, and it fills a gap. Always a salad bar and beige food to keep the Brits happy but also some meat and fish options.
Location is great, 10-15 min walk to beach out the back entrance. Bikes to rent on site, loads of staff around to ask for help. This is a nice family resort, reviews say the dome is loud and entertainment is not good. But it’s for children and it looks like they all loved it, so once again I feel people shouldn’t complain about this.
Pool bar snacks are more for kids as well, burgers, pizza, chips etc. which is fine as it’s at the family pool.
Would stay again as it’s a nice hotel, felt very safe, nice staff, beds were very comfy, nice remodeled rooms and good location.

We had the most relaxing time. We went as a couple.
Reception 24hrs , good smooth and quick check in, water and coffee machine, along with bathrooms and lounge area and luggage storage so no need to worry about your bags.
Room was lovely clean and spacious, large patio with table and chairs. Retractable airer.
Large lounge area with kitchenette, kettle, microwave, double hob and toaster and fridge.
Bathroom with bath and shower, plenty of towels , complementary shower gel and shampoo and good hairdryer.
Bedroom with comfy beds, huge double wardrobe with plenty of hangers, and safe.
Beds are made every day and room cleaned.
On site shop, a bit expensive but has all you need.
Sports bar open from 18.00hrs
Gym 10.00hrs, good gym
Spa 10.00hrs didn't use so cannot comment.
Pools , loads 16 all open at 10.00hrs....each complex has its own individual pool and Jacuzzi so no need to worry about sunbeds and umbrellas.
There are two massive pools separated by a walkway one is for the children with slides etc, plenty of sunbeds and again Jacuzzi, bar area which also sells pizza, chips, sandwiches , ice cream with seating area.
The other is adults only with a pool bar that opens 12.00hrs , this is lush, quiet and relaxing, sunbeds all round pool and double sunbeds at the back on grasses area. Large seating area around pool bar , cocktails are fab.
There is resurants ,etc but we went self catering so cannot comment on the food.
Football, tennis area, playgrounds throughout and the Dome , there is kids club and entertainment, with bar area. This gets busy with families , if it's not your thing then head to beach area and there is loads of places to eat and drink looking over the sea.
Top tip ... take some cash as tipping is a big thing and when you tip and you go back to the same bar and restaurant they look after you.
All staff at the complex were approachable, helpful and friendly.
The complexes all have lifts to access the upper floors so no worries about having to lug things up stairs. Cash machine, doctor , bike hire. Kids club.
This hotel has got it perfect, caters for everyone. 100% will be coming back.

When we arrived they rushed us and told us to just sign a few papers before they rush you to your room.I understand its to make the process quicker but you could atleast explain quickly or explain everything you need to know is in the room. When we left we checked in late by a few minutes because we didn't know when we could check out so we had to pay €40. I'm happy at all. And during our stay there was ants all over and we notified reception and they didn't care. I have read a few reviews and it seems as it's not only me who had a problem with ants.It went all over my children and my husband and my clothes and they were in the bathroom, bed and we had to throw our food away because the ants got into the fridge and ruined our food.I loved the place and the location but I recommend if you go to lanzarote to hire a car as the place has a parking around the back.It is and amazing hotel and the pools are clean but just a bit cold and sometimes have leaves but apart from this it is a brilliant place and I hope they can open some of these in other countries like Greece.I really hope I can visit soon as I had an incredible time and the entertainment was brilliant.
