The hotel is huge, the location of the hotel is great. The apartment was very large and clean with a balcony, bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette. The price is attractive and I can recommend this hotel but the hotel is already old, the elevators, the furniture are old, there is no cleaning service, no towel replacement and no wi-fi. The hotel takes an additional deposit 100e.

Hotel was self catering, the room had everything that was needed, maybe a little dated for some, but still clean and tidy, views was incredible, I had a side view, but oh my days🤗 the immediate area was quiet, walk 5 mins down road, loads of shops, bars restaurant etc. The beaches, notice I said plural, there is so many, beautiful soft sand, warm sea and I was there middle of October. The Portuguese people were friendly, very different to the Spanish, tbh that's what I was expecting. Potrtimao, the main town, what a place, a good cross between locals and tourists. Walking on the harbour towards the big bridge, there is a little tunnel, go through there it's like fish restaurant paradise, all locals, struggled to get a seat, I chose my fish and watched it being cooked, amazing. My first time in Portugal, I'll definitely be back xx

We reserved a room with AC during the heat of August, when we arrived at the room the AC was broken and it was verified by an employee. After that, they have mentioned that someone will come the next day to repair it. I've asked to change my room and they told me that I can only do that if I upgrade to a room with Seaview. I had to pay extra 194 for two nights to be able to have the AC that was included on my first booking

Excellent staff. Adequate accommodation.
Apartment cleaning pretty much non existent.
No Internet in apartment unless you pay extra.
TV available in Portugese, German and French. Not one English speaking channel, which defeats the object of having an apartment to chill in.
Pool area was OK, plenty of beds.
Hotel well located for pretty much everything.
If they provided Internet and English speaking channels I might come back.
Until they do I'm afraid I'll be going elsewhere.

Hotel is nice, rooms are big and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. However, it's quite windy in Portimao and the kitchen windows were really howling at night. There could also be more glasses in kitchen. Since the hotel does not have own restaurant or cafe, it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would return back.
