I was there for 4 days business trip with big group of my co workers ( 72 people) ,
All of us were soooo happy and satisfied.
It’s not a 3 star hotel at aaallll , it deserves 4 star or more , it’s very clean , friendly staff, different food and tasty drinks, all included the same price. Big and Clean swimming pool. Breakfast , lunch, dinner, whole day snacks etc etc etc🤩👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 definitely best price for incredible services. I will back here again 👏🏻🙏🏻 thank you all staff for nice memories. The only issue was about hot water in showers, for sure they will fix it👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🌸

This is NOT a 3 star hotel!!. This should be rated so much higher as it has been one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From the moment we arrived and were offered lunch even before we had checked in to breakfast on our last morning when bringing my wife a lactose free yogurt we had a fantastic time.
The hotel is small but the rooms are spacious, occupying a split level, with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms, giving the feeling of an apartment rather than a hotel. The bed was large and comfortable with air conditioning. A small kitchen with a kettle, fridge, and stove top rings were in place, although we never had call to use it as we were all inclusive.
The food was varied and tasty, based on a 7 day rotation of menu with theme nights most evenings, including Mexican,Japanese and crete. I have major allergies and I as looked after very well, with the staff pointing out which menu items to avoid. There was always something to eat on the daily buffet, and I never went hungry. We also had several trips out and were supplied with a ample packed lunch with water in a cool box, and even a breakfast plate when we had an early start!.
The all-inclusive included drinks,a snack bar by the pool serving drinks all day, and wine and spirits at lunch and dinner. There was an extra charge for some spirits not on the list but we did not miss them as the supplied drinks were fine.
The room was cleaned every day with bed changes every other day, the pool and patio areas cleaned regularly. In fact the whole complex was spotless.
The staff were friendly and attentive, with no request too much to forfill. Any slight problem we had was corrected as soon as they were able.
The location is great, with a 10 minute walk to the beach, and 20 to the local centre shops. A bus runs every 20 minutes to chania and is very reasonably priced, and is a must for leather shops and an open market.
Overall we would recommend staying here for a wonderful time!!.

Very nice and clean hotel without being too big.
Rooms are spotless and our two floor Maisonette was perfect for our needs. Toilets and showers, balcony and air con in both floors. One balcony even had drying rack.
Animation team is just one person, but very good one. There is yoga, waterball, darts, water aerobic and dancing (to kids) available, so you don’t get bored.
Pools are very clean and area for kids is big enough.
Food has some theme days like bbq, creten food, italy day etc so it eas enough variety.
Only cons to mention are lack of air con in the restaurant (fans not enough) and dinner gets packed at 7PM as every (at least scandinavians) want to eat already then. Could start from 6PM and ladt one our less.
Location is quiet but still around 10minutes walk to Platanias centre and beach.
Would rate this definitely at least four stars.

In the first 2 days we had only ICE COLD WATER for shower while lady from reception said we will fix it, it is a problem with a sensor while in the end after 2 days the conclusion was it cannot be fixed.
We got our room changed and we finally got to have hot water for shower. Unluckily we had an additional guest in the new room: a huge COCKROACH. Pffff. Fixed with a spray....
Food are OK, even if some dishes were below average.
All in all very dissapointing experience and we are very sorry that we choose this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late and they had made us sandwiches. Staff very friendly / helpful. Room clean and tidy, as was the hotel surroundings. We enjoyed the food and there was enough variation for us. Hotel was quiet (what we wanted) and it’s a 10-minute walk to beach / shops / bus stop. As others have said, great value 3-star all-inclusive hotel.
