Very nice hotel, clean rooms with two tv's, one in the bedroom and the other in the lounge area. A small compact bathroom with a nice shower. Air-conditioning for comfort at night, friendly staff, particularly Sacha, who looked after the bar during the afternoon and evening. Two lovely pools, which were very clean, not too cold, just chilly on first entry. Restaurant clean, compact with good food, on occasion strange combination but always good food and we always had a good meal. Right on the sea front with beautiful views. Stavros was always very loud and entertaining. But, he was a shock in the first instance, wondering what was happening and a little unbelievable until that is, you got used to him, such an unusual character. We would definitely go again.

Outstanding staff , especially Stavros , you will always know when he's arrived 😀 a great location for a quiet break in the sun . If you need to travel the hotel will sort you out whether it's a hirer car , taxi or giving you the bus timetable, the bus runs a 5 minute walk upto the main road !! Foods can be a bit samey but it's all-inclusive so they're catering for a high number of people . Highly recommended 10 / 10 👌

We had such a great stay here! The hotel is only separated from the beach by a small road. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The food was great! The hotel is also located close to both supermarket and mini-market. Also close to a bus stop. I highly recommend staying here!

The best place to relax. Peace, quiet, close to the beach. Amazing family atmosphere!! THE BEST TEAM UNDER THE SUN. Delicious food with a variety. I got a glutenfree box for the trip ❤️ Great rooms, cleaned and towels replaced every day. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday ❤️❤️😀 See you soon!!

We're currently finishing up a week stay here, and we're very happy. We should preface this that we're just 2 adults we spent a lot of time away from the hotel so we're not reliant on the hotel to provide entertainment.
Rooms are spacious and clean. This goes for the common areas of the hotel as well.
Food is good, though as it is buffets you should salt to your own taste.
The drinks provided in the all inclusive are fine. It does stipulate that it covers Cretan products, so don't expect imported brands to be available, but the local variants are fine.
The staff are absolutely great. First night we arrived very late, and the owner of the hotel greeted us at the bus, and even though the kitchen and bar had both been closed, we were treated to a small platter of cuts and cheeses as well as a drink. During the stay everyone has been exceedingly polite and helpful with all our requests.
During our stay we ran into 2 minor maintenance issues, but they were quickly fixed upon making the staff aware.
If we are visiting this part of crete again, we will definitely be looking into staying here again.
