Terrible resort! Do not stay here. I had dirty panties in my room when I checked in. Not a huge deal -just threw them out. From there it has been downhill. I restaurant which serves the same food every day. Often what tou saw at dinner is on the buffet in the morning. Coffee is considered an extra item in the evening and must be purchased from the bar. 🤔. This hotel is a complete cash grab. I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone Oh, and beds are hard as rocks as are the pillows.

I loved this hotel right on the beach! The hotel was spotless, my room was very comfortable with a sea view. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had, overlooking the pool and beach, and was a bargain at 11 euros. There are several lobby vending machines with a variety of snacks and beverages. I had to leave early the 2nd morning, and after telling them the night before, the next morning they showed me to a dining room off the lobby where a delicious cold breakfast was laid out waiting for me. The hotel is adjacent to a beautiful promenade along the beach, with benches and lights. It is not far from the airport, so a good place to stay for easy transport. They do not offer airport shuttle, but will call you a taxi.

For the last night of our Andalusia trip I booked this hotel because close to the airport. When booking there was a choice between lateral and frontal sea view. As it was supposed to be our last night I booked the more expensive room for my mom so that she could enjoy the sea view. Once we got into the room it was clearly a lateral sea view.. lateral side of the hotel. I went back down to the reception and the lady told me it is a frontal view.. and that they are full.. strange.. why does she need to appoint that they are full? Why did I pay more to have the same lateral view? I am really not spoiled.. but I wanted my mom to have a nice frontal view and that it why I paid more.. I hate when people try to pull the wool over someone's eyes.. just be ho est and tell me you don‘t have rooms with the booked category left..

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Here are some pros and cons.
Pros:
Clean and Spacious room
Large selection of breakfast options
Indoor swimming pool, gym, and multiple games (the games are not free)
Reliable Internet across the premises
Beautiful garden with a pool, bar, and a lot of sunloungers facing the sea to relax and enjoy the sun
Direct bus to the city center
Cons:
Very poor sound isolation resulting in a lot of noise
Very old room and furniture
Saw a bunch of silverfish in the room
Not close to the city center

Very much enjoyed our stay at this top notch hotel. This hotel is 4 stars but I would genuinely rate it 5 stars 🌟. From check in to check out we had great service. Very friendly staff whether that’s reception, food court or cleaning team. Very delicious food with so much choice, each night about 4 different seafood and 3 meat options to pick from. Rooms are spacious and comfy to sleep on the bed. Location is good, it takes one bus with bust stop at front of the hotel to get into city centre and hotel is by the beach. Area of the hotel is residential area, very peaceful. Hotel has 2 pools (big one outside and a small indoor pool). Defo will come back and do recommend to anyone who wants to stay at a nice hotel and explore Malaga!
