Pros:
1. Spacious rooms (I had top floor sea view);
2. Great price
3. Staff very lovely and kind
4. Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic were great) - all bartenders and entertainment staff were lovely
5. Entertainment good (for children, families, and older adults) - there are quite a few competitions to include darts and bingo
6. Grocery store a 5 minute walk down the street for snacks as there are not many offers past 9pm
Cons:
1. Pool closes early (6:30 pm) when I was there in April - so no late night swims
2. Food is incredibly bland - I am not picky but there was no seasoning whatsoever (make sure to have salt & pepper at your table)
3. Not as accommodating for adults alone - bar closes at 12am, "club" downstairs targeted toward older people and children, pool closes early, not many adult-friendly activities
4. Shuttle service to town did not run from 12-4 (however there is a great bus M110 that will take you directly to Torremolinos and to Malaga - the other way - for a couple of euros)
5. Lots of ants so be careful
NOTE - If you are a young couple, the majority of the older guests were very creepy and made both my partner and I incredibly uncomfortable. They were oggling and staring, trying to grab me and my partner (mind you I was fully clothed), and would come closer to us by the pool, the dining room, and the bars. I know that this is not a fault of the hotel, but it did put a damper on the overall experience.

Not bad generally but details are making you grumpy. Such as lots of pensioners:) you start to feel like one very quickly. Building unsold but clean. Rooms were big as well (for Uk standard) friendly staff. BIG NO was no tea or coffee service during lunch and dinners. They are trying to get the place rotating quickly so they don’t want you to sit there and enjoy your after food, coffee or tea. Which was a very annoying. Food isn’t amazing but OK I guess you get what you’re paying for🤔 for family of 3 paid around £1000 including flights from London for a week stay and all inclusive

Room was big and clean but very old.
Staff are friendly.
Swimming pool was closed. The food is medium quality and every day is same. Chicken and fish. Side dish is pommes every day. Breakfast is classic.

Let’s start from the good things, room was good with cool sea view, staff is good and pay attention to details
BUT food was really bad despite croissants and bread, I would not say it’s buffet because they don’t even have more fully cooked dishes, only fried eggs or French fries which is made probably with semi-finished products, nothing new during 5 days we stayed here
And what drives me crazy, we paid 18€ per person for dinner and what do you think? They say: we don’t have tea or coffee on the dinner only in the mornings, you can go to the bar and get it (of course extra money)
So we are very disappointed about choosing this hotel and we won’t ever get back, happily there is a supermarket near the hotel where we get food all this time

Room's were spacious and beds were so comfortable, food ok and drinks fine and most staff were lovely.Free mini bus into town..one thing ruined it for us and that was the parents letting there kids run wild..A little boy was so tired and all they did was pick him up give him milk he was so tired and just wanted to sleep..instead of taking him up to the room or take him somewhere quiet and get him off they carried on drinking..he was so frustrated he was hitting his dad in the face...I really didn't like seeing this the other boy was running round bumping into adults with drinks in there hands...they were last to go at night and the poor baby was finally asleep in his buggy...this is why I prefer adults only as it upsets me to see children just ignored while they all drink.
