Worst Hotel I’ve ever travelled to.
The food all tastes the same (like wet cardboard), the service was horrible. We were relocated to three different rooms due the the air conditioning not working. No sympathy from the staff. The rooms weren’t cleaned everyday, no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the last room. I actually left the hotel feeling dirty. Everything in the hotel is out of date, and unmaintained.
The pool was full of dirt, and grim there was hair everywhere, it wouldn’t have been cleaned everyday. There was a funky smell in the dining area.
If you choose to stay at this hotel, be warned, I would rather spend the extra money and go else where

I want to preface this by saying that the hotel has huge potential for improvement, but more investment in the room amenities is a must!
My family and I (three adults) booked our last minute trip to Crete for seven nights from Serbia. My first impression upon arriving at our room was not the best, as one of our shower doors was missing, so every time we showered, the whole bathroom floor got wet. While the room, in my experience, was relatively clean compared to other hotels we have stayed at, there is more to be expected from a hotel advertising itself as four stars - this includes room cleaning service, however it is a big hotel so this is somewhat understandable. The furniture in the rooms was dated, but in decent condition. my room (closest to the pool slides), had very poor Wi-Fi signal, which was a little inconvenient. On our fourth day at the hotel, a pipe under one of the sinks became loose and water started leaking in the bathroom. Unfortunately, even after we reported this, a technician did not show up to fix it (as promised by reception) until the next morning, so my dad had to sort this out himself, which was a letdown.
On the positive side, the hotel’s selling point is definitely its all-inclusive pool and beach chair use, bar access and buffet access, as well as the entertainment nights organised multiple times during the week. The performers were all very entertaining, engaging and welcoming (my personal favourite was the belly dancing). I believe that the comments stating the pools to be dirty, and the food and drink to be horrible are exaggerating. The pools are cleaned every other day at midnight (unfortunately, the bad smell of cleaning products during the night is a result of this), and while quite simple, there are many food options available from the buffet, including fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as amazing desserts, particularly the baklava! The drinks from the bars were also decent.
While the positives outweighed the negatives for us, I understand how certain inconveniences may make the stay less pleasant if staying at the hotel for a longer period (or travelling from a farther departure point).

The hotel is nice, it is not very new, but clean and comfortable.
Minus:
- not enough beach chairs, which are already occupied from early morning. Quite often they stay occupied but never used during the day
- the restaurant: food presentation was in П sign, so you had to queue from one side to another just to grab something. It takes long and people get mad, trying to avoid queue. I would advise to make several apart tables, servicing cold, hot, desserts.
- 90% of guests were from Poland, so child animation was in Polish and for Polish only. And even in the hotel bar all day long there was Polish music. Not sure this is something I wanna listen in Greece....
- alcohol - in all-in formula they announce lots of free cocktails, in reality it is non alcohol chemical substance with soda. For good alcohol you have to pay
- toboggan in the pools are as of 10 till 17. Afterwards you have to entertain kids somehow else....
Plus:
- food, especially veggies, fruits and desserts are wonderful.
- stuff extremely kind, helpful and cheerful
- it is clean everywhere
- highly recommend SPA and massagist Nena in particular - she is awesome
- nice evening entertainments, but not on Sat and Sunday which is strange

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Was disappointed on arrival to find that tui have not updated their website and all the information about dining here is wrongly listed, just one not very good buffet, no sushi, burger bar, pizza bar or anything listed. There are two pool bars, lots of pools, water slides, a kind of run down gym with a broken exercise bike which was the one thing I wanted to use. But the staff are very friendly and helpful and the service is very good. I had to ask for more hangers and a kettle but then got them very quickly. The entertainment magician was good and the boss bought us drinks after all inclusive finished. My initial disappointment grew as time went on and I got quite an ongoing tummy problem. The ice cream freezers were turned off each night then on again in the morning. The butter packs were rancid. The food seemed to come out again and again until it was hard and crusty from reheating. Beach not as easy to access it is definitely not a beach hotel as described you have to cross a road and go through the good hotels to get to the beach. In the end I checked out early and into one of the good hotels when I felt my holiday really started. I did not feel my complaints were addressed. They said oh yes 20 other people are ill. Maybe sort out your kitchens then. Would not recommend, certainly not 4* barely 3* really.

Avoid! Worst place ever! Hotel is dirty, food is average! Mould everywhere, no lifeguard on duty, few rats running around pool bar. I have never stayed in a place like that. Im stunned on TUI booking page hotel has 4* this place has serious health and safety issues.
