Many of the rooms exhibit mold on the walls(for allergic person like me it was hard to breath which I raised to reception too), likely stemming from a flawed shower design, and are also plagued by a notable presence of cockroaches. During my two-week stay, I encountered these issues firsthand, prompting me to switch rooms three times after bringing the matter to the attention of the reception. Despite meticulously inspecting multiple rooms before each relocation( like 5-6 each time, thats why I know how most of the rooms looks like), the recurring problems persisted, leaving me dissatisfied with the accommodations. I would summarize the hotel as aesthetically pleasing from the outside, but internally marred by various issues. Despite its excellent location and impressive kitchen facilities, the recurring problems with mold and cockroaches tarnish the overall experience. Additionally, there was no compensation offered for the disruption to my holiday, nor did I receive any apologies for the inconveniences endured, I even needed to pay extra for room switch.

Excellent hotel and services.Quality and tasty food.We enjoyed this exceptional place.The location is stunning on a beautiful cliff - the views are spectacular.
There are natural pools nearby and after a short walk you can reach a picturesque small village at the bottom of the hill.The hotel offer really high standard. It offers all the services that you can wish. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and modern.
The terrace on the roof of the hotel is amazing.
A big advantage is that the hotel is only for adults, so you can really rest and relax by the pool or enjoy the food in the restaurant without the disturbing noises made by children. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax on a beautiful, quiet place with perfect comfort.
The staff was always amazing, great food - kitchen staff did a great job! Great room service, great service at reception, at wellnes,at bar and restaurant. Thank you to everyone who makes this place special.

Worst hotel for price/quality. It feels like the owners simply decided to not invest into at least minimal refurbishment, renovation. Shower is pouring water everywhere across the bathroom except the actual shower cabin. Wifi connection lost every 15 minutes, splinters at the door entrance, old TVs that do not even have simple Bluetooth connectivity for screen sharing, vegetarian dinners with maximum 1 dish containing meat, pretty limited mainstream cocktail selection. Because of the location, there will still be demand for this hotel, hence, from an investment standpoint, the owners decide to keep things as is. The money is flowing, why strive for excellence? Very unfortunate. I am very disappointed.

4/5 due to the cleaning and quality of dinner buffet.
The breakfast buffet was amazing but some parts of the dinner could have been better considering the price and quality of the hotel overall. However, general perception is that it’s a lovely hotel with great staff and location. I can really recommend this hotel!

Best hotell breakfast in my life so far. Fresh room, nice cleaning, accessable e-bikes for usage - we went up to the mountain with these, fantastic experience.
The location is aprox. 1km from a village and its port, we thought it was okay. More calm this way. Easy access to sunbathing and close to the ocean
