Fantastic hotel very clean open spaces in foyer. Large dining room with eating available inside and outside to dine . Plenty of choose in food , machine coffee and fruit juice constant supply of Turkish tea ( which I loved ). Rooms with balcony and fridge free bottled water each day . Good size bathroom good shower . Great beds and pillows. Entertainment kids club water flumes , also darts table tennis and pool activities for the whole family. 5 swimming pools with plenty loungers . A quite pool at back of hotel for over 16 yrs old with a coffee bar and drinks bar more sun loungers . Also lovely little nooks in the shade with table and chairs to get out the sun . Short walk to beach through underpass or a bus is available again more bars seating and loungers and food provided at certain times . The entertainment at night was first class . Staff were polite helpful and very welcoming . The only down part is transfer time which is long 2 hrs but a rep was telling us the airline for domestic flights is opening up to over flights so maybe next year transfer won’t be to long . I loved this holiday will go back.

Just back from a very enjoyable holiday at this hotel, rooms are a good size and very clean. Cleaned daily and bottles of water left which is a welcome during the hot weather, the full hotel is clean in general and the staff are constantly cleaning ( well done to them) pools are spacious. My only gripe would be getting a sunbed which is hard to find you need to be down sharp in the morning to get one. People were putting towels down the night before which wasn’t ideal. I admit I ended up doing it twice ( can’t beat them join them kinda thing) bar staff were friendly and good measures of alcohol in drinks. Soft drinks were good. Day time activities was fun. The darts was my favourite. Night time entertainment was good. Turkish night was very good. Food was good, lots of variety and fresh. Recommend going to the hotels private beach they make fresh pizza down there( best pizza I have had in years) all in all a very enjoyable holiday and I would come back.

Lovely hotel. Ignore all the bad reviews. Can't really fault it. Email hotel direct for private transfer. This cuts transfer time right down. Staff all really welcoming helpful and easy to talk to. Bar staff are great. Pizza bar at beach pool is fantastic. Underpass in hotel grounds to get over the road. Beach about 10 min walk or shuttle bus. Shops minutes away. Nice big square with everything you need shop wise. Entertainment very good. Food options could be better sometimes but always something to eat. Rooms maybe bit small but you only use it to sleep so who cares. We would return for sure. Recommended 👌

If you think the staff will help you, you are wrong. Very rude girls on reception and the lady manager who ignored everything. Stuff missing from room, no apology just blamed me for saying the same thing. They can't speak clear English. They don't clean the rooms properly, and they get annoyed if you ask them to change the bedding. Majority of male staff are absolutely fine always smiling but reception not helpful. I asked for confirmation of my coach transfer and was told I will know by Friday morning as my flight was Saturday. I asked Friday afternoon and the girl I spoke to Said wait till 5, I said u can atleast check, by which time another girl had already gone online and got my confirmation printed. Budget wise great, customer service very poor. A tiny bin for 4 people in a room which didn't get emptied unless I asked

I think it was a very nice and interesting experience. It's a shame that the elevators don't work as they should when we were there, but very nice staff work at the hotel. I thought the food was good, like to try new dishes.
And a very charming bartender named Enes works at the hotel.
Will easily go there again..
