Can't fault the staff here, they are all friendly and helpful.
Room wasn't the best, bed cover was ripped, no door or screen for toilet which is next to kitchen area. Really don't want to be in the same room as others when they use the toilet.
TV wouldn't connect to WiFi which was a shame as was a smart TV, it doesn't have many channels otherwise.
The room we have could do with a bit of sprucing up, little things just not finished right. Even the pedal bin in bathroom area doesn't work.
Rooftop bar wasn't open when we were here which is a shame as it would be a great place to chill.
No allocated parking that we could fine, so a bit risky to park a hire car on nearby side streets, I've seen worrying reviews about this. We only have one for one night so hoping it'll be OK.
Breakfast has a nice varied selection.
This hotel has lovely looking pools both, main pool, smaller spa pool, jacuzzi and swim-up pools - but unless you being a wetsuit or are an Eskimo you're not going to enjoy them as they aren't heated.
It's tucked away so relatively quiet. There's a couple of supermarkets minutes away and it's not far to walk into the centre.
We still have a few nights left so I may expand further!

Fab weeks holiday at Adults only hotel. Lovely staff and hotel is immaculately clean.
Great buffet with much to offer and cater for most people's taste.
I had an accessible room. Ground floor and large terrace. .very pleased with the facilities. I hired a mobility scooter and this made life much easier.

We had the best stay at Hotel Monsuau , the hotel was stunning , clean and modern. The staff were helpful and attentive. The buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for and was delicious. Pool area was great & having the lap pool at the gym was a great addition to do some proper swimming.
The hotel had a great sky bar for sunset & the cocktails there + at the pool I could not fault. We did not try the buffet dinner but I’m sure given everything else it was great.
We found the bus services super handy with the bus stop literally minutes away. Beaches Cala Serena and Ferrara were not a far walk and both worth visiting.
The walk in to town was easy and well lit.
Definitely recommend this hotel for a couple or friends looking for a relaxing place to stay.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the welcome wine on arrival was a nice tough, room was cleaned early every day and always spotless.

Incredible hotel. The room was very clean, the common areas were quite inviting, the gym was great and very well equipped (that was a nice surprise). But the best thing about it might have been the food. I wouldn’t say you are spoiled for choice, but it doesn’t matter because the quality is amazing. Not only that, I have a food intolerance and the staff was very accommodating. I’ve never had that before, that the waiters go out of their way to help anyway they can. Highly recommend!

This modern hotel is on the edge of Cala d'Or and surrounding areas. We visited it during the middle of October, the whole area was beginning to wind down as it closes at the end of October. The weather was also cooler (which suited us) but there was some rain and wind.
The hotel was not very busy ( it is quite a large complex) so there was no problem getting a sunbed! It had other facilities..gym, pilates etc which we didn't use.
Our room had a "sunset" view which was lovely as we overlooked the countryside and could hear the chickens! I noticed in another part of the hotel the "swim up rooms" overlooked the road which I didn't like.
Service in the bar and food by the pool was good, but the roof top cocktail bar was closed. This would have been lovely as we would have stayed in the hotel at night for drinks instead of going into Cala d'Or. Most people seemed to go out of the hotel at night.
Food was buffet style and was OK/good, we have had better in other hotels. The staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful. A good team.
I would recommend this hotel if you like peace, quiet and to chill.
Cala d'Or has lots of small coves, small sandy beaches and a marina for boat trips etc. We prefer resorts with a mix of tourism, history and local spanish areas, so probably won't be visiting it again but it is a very pretty area and I enjoyed my holiday.
