We spent a lovely weekend in this hotel. The room was nice and clean and we had a sea view. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as we also planned to travel to Rethymno.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help so we felt like at home and with special care. Nice food and drinks in restaurant. Overall, was very refreshing weekend, and we’ll be happy to come back again.

Hotel Bali Paradise is perfect and we recommend it all ten! 👌
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Due to the full capacity of the hotel, we were offered a change of accommodation by the hotel a few days before leaving for vacation, because we were traveling as a family of five people and the hotel wanted to accommodate our request to be accommodated close to each other. I was a little worried about it, but the "replacement accommodation" completely exceeded all our expectations. 😍
Villa La Casita, where they accommodated us, was absolutely luxurious, a few minutes' walk to the hotel, complete privacy, closer to the sea... In short, something amazing! (more in the review of Villa La Casita). Therefore, we cannot evaluate the hotel rooms.
As for the hotel's services, we were also delighted. The hotel is beautiful, in a beautifully maintained garden 🌺, a short walk from the beach 🌊,... From the hotel, you can take a nice walk to the center of Bali or we can warmly recommend the local train 🚂, which runs here every hour (one way 3 euros, two-way 5 euros per adult, children under 5 free).
The food and drink in the all inclusive was great! Always a very wide selection, the food was excellent, very well seasoned, something different every day, constantly replenished, everyone always made a choice. I must especially praise all kinds of fish and sweet desserts! 🤤
We also really appreciated the free sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests on the beach. There could be more, but we understand that there is limited space on the beach.
However, what pleased us the most was the incredibly nice and helpful attitude of all the staff (at the reception, in the restaurant, in the bars, everywhere❣️). I haven't met such smiling and nice people for a long time. We had our three-year-old son with us and all the staff were constantly talking with him, laughing with him, making him happy with various little things, it was wonderful and loving. Thank you all, you were amazing! ❤️
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed it at your place and we would love to come back again! 💙💙💙

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel located in the picturesque village of Bali.
The first thing that caught my attention was the breathtaking holiday scenery. Nestled in the lap of nature, this hotel is surrounded by lush greenery & blooming flowers which created an atmosphere of tranquillity that instantly put me in a state of relaxation.
The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The attentive and friendly staff made dining even more enjoyable with their impeccable service.
The hotel's pools were a haven of relaxation and fun. The pool bar was an added bonus, serving refreshing beverages throughout the day.
One of the greatest advantages of this hotel was its ideal location. Situated within a short walking distance from the beach, cafeterias, and supermarkets, it made exploring the area incredibly convenient.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. I would visit this hotel again with big pleasure!

Check in was wonderful, Vasiliki was very polite and professional.
Finding the parking of the hotel was a tricky one. There were 5 spaces near the entrance - all taken when we arrived, so we parked on the street and got a ticket.
The room was spacious and beautiful. Being on the ground floor, there is no balcony, instead a lovely space with table and chairs, and sea view. There is no mosquito net, though and the isolation allows you to hear everything in the hallway and the next room.
The negative surprise was 2 empty mini bars and the fact that you need to pay for a bottle of water, in an all inclusive hotel.
You also nees to go to the reception desk to get a key for the safe and, again, pay for it.
The next negative surprise was the lack of amenities. There are no slippers, minimum bathroom amenities, no laundry bag and no bathrobe, not even even places to hang the towels :(
I would never expect that a 4 star hotel will not have slippers or bathrobes, that was so disappointing.
When I called for an iron and ironing board - the hotel does not provide ironing board and the iron you need to take from the reception desk, personnel can not bring it to the room. They eventually found an ironing board and even managed to deliver everything in the room.
Last, hopefully, surprise, after calling to ask for a late check out, we were informed that we can use the room until 16:00 with a surcharge.
Perfectly normal, of course, accept when you have informed the personnel that your experience is not positive at all due to the service provided, as the hotel, space and rooms, is wonderful. Two bottles of water free of charge and an iron delivered to the room are not a curtesy in a 4 star all inclusive hotel.
During check out a gentleman on the front desk sarcastically noted that I didn't like the stay and that was all of the acknowledgement I got. They didn't even pretend to be interested in what was the reason for the unpleasant stay.

The rooms are modest (but functional) considering the classification of the hotel (4*), but from what I've seen, this is the "fashion" in Greece.
An insignificant detail considering that all the others deserve 5 google stars: the staff is friendly and speaks English & French, the food is very tasty and the beach is splendid (included in the price).
