WARNING: HOTEL STAFF ENGAGED IN THEFT
I stayed at Miarosa Konakli Garden hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. A few hours after leaving the hotel (around 2 in the morning), I realized that I had left behind some very valuable belongings. Despite my numerous attempts, both through Annex Polska and the hotel's resident representative, the hotel staff claimed that they could not find my items. I also hold the resident representative responsible, whom I informed a few hours after leaving the hotel. Instead of contacting the hotel, he passed the matter to the central office. Hence, his delay contributed to the situation, along with my own forgetfulness in leaving the items in the wardrobe.
The food quality was low and very repetitive, often prepared from leftovers from previous days. Fortunately, there was always an abundance of food regardless of the mealtime.
The rooms were in a terrible condition, with peeling plaster, mold on the walls, and damaged and vandalized room elements. The rooms were hardly cleaned, often dirty, and at most, the towels were replaced. Cleaning staff directly asked for tips for cleaning, making it a requirement for maintaining cleanliness.
On one occasion, a child had an poop accident between floors, and it took half a day for anyone to clean it up, resulting in several people accidentally stepping in it.
The hotel mainly catered to Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian guests. Communication was a challenge as, apart from the lifeguards, no one spoke English. Conversations relied on gestures or translation tools.
Despite the disappointments, I must acknowledge that the majority of the staff was very kind and courteous, contributing to the modest improvement in the overall experience at this hotel.

However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the concerning theft incident involving the hotel staff.

This hotel is good for a budget vacation. The beach is not so far, the restaurant is excellent, however, just a few of the staff members speak English and the building is quite dirty, both public spaces and rooms. Some waiters were nice but staff is not so kind in general, reception does not even take most of the complaints seriously. The location is ideal though, plenty of stores in the vicinity.

I am very disappointed and angry with the hotel! Although I never write any reviews on anything especially bad one, but what happened to me while I was on holiday with my family - has pissed me off..
First of all, I do not want anyone to think any bad about the hotel as it is beautiful and kinda clean.
However, I was really disappointed. I left my AirPods in my hotel room and it got disappeared. My family and I were looking for it for at least 2-3 days but the only option that could have happened was that someone has stolen it!!
I really do not want to blame anyone and talk bad about the hotel! but we cannot think of anything else, as I left it in the room and it got disappeared..
I was leaving for a whole day when I left my AirPods in my room. That day someone came to drop a survey to the table and to probably clean our room. After this happened, my AirPods got disappeared..
I am very disappointed as no one could help me from the reception. One of the travel agencies has tried to talk to the Director of the Hotel but he could not help at all!! And when I went to the reception, they kind of seemed to ignore it! I left my phone number there but they never called me to update me..
Not to mention that our room was only cleaned twice in one week!! and it was not proper cleaning at all! I needed to go to the reception every day to ask to clean our room!!! That is so disappointing. The hotel mentions that the hotel has its own gym on its website, but they do not have any gym at all!
But to say some positive things as well, the food is great in the hotel. Overall we had a great time with my family and could swim in a beautiful pool.
That is the only experience that disappointed me..

I visited this hotel in September 2021. The weather was hot enough for this time of the year. I travelled here with my father. The area of the hotel is small, but nice. There are swimming for for children and adults, a playground and a stage for the concerts in the evening. There is a nice park near the hotel.
Talking about the food - the choice was good, I was never disappointed. There were a lot of local dishes, lots of veggies and fruit.
But the room service was terrible as nobody cleaned there unless we asked. Also the bathroom needed renovation.
Overall it was a bit noisy because of the loud music after 10 PM.
If you want to sleep in the quiet place, ask the manager to change your room and don't choose Pool view.
The sea itself was warm and clean, bu the beach area was tiny. The surface underwater was full of sharp rocks so be careful when going swimming.
