Just got back today from a 1 week all inclusive stop here.
We had 2 rooms between 4 people, both rooms were great. They were cleaned daily to a very high standard.
The food was good, there was a large selection offered at all meal times, I wasn't really a fan of the breakfast but no one else in my party had any complaints there. Dinner and Tea time were both good, a large selection every day as well as mixing up the offerings daily which is always good to have. The soup in particular was flawless everyday, every new option was continuously done perfectly and always piping hot. The pool bar which offers snacks during the hours the main restaurant isn't open was very good. It has a small selection of food for you to choose from, but its cooked fresh right in front of you and was always very tasty.
The hotel is in a great location right across from the beach, you can walk all the way up the front straight from the hotel and there is also a bus top literally right outside the hotel boundary if needed. The main pool area was large, we only spent one day directly at the pool and had no problem securing beds midday.
The staff were always friendly, bar service was fairly quick for the most part but sometimes an extra staff member could have helped. There's a system in place for pouring your own drinks during the day which the pool bar has here which is very good, all all inclusive hotels should have this. I can't speak much for the entertainment as its not really something I take advantage of when I'm away but they all seemed very nice and they're a sizeable team! The only issue I could point out at this hotel is the lifts in the main building, maybe I have been lucky in the past but I've never had the wait times for lifts anywhere else like I had here. Sometimes it would be fine and quick but regularly you could be stuck waiting 3-5 minutes if you're in a group.
I would definitely recommend this hotel though and would happily stay here again!

Clean & tidy hotel - Cleaners work very hard
Spacious rooms with bath, shower & hair dryer inside. They provide a cot with a mattress for infants.
Plenty of storage and hangers.
The pool is clean & spacious, plenty of places to sit and lounge when sunny/ dry.
The entertainment is good, the staff are very friendly and work hard.
There is a kids disco at 9pm everyday.
Entertainment goes until 11pm. Pool opens at 10am.
The noise levels are quite high at nighttime, unfortunately you can hear everything in the hallways, the trolleys passing by & lifts so would advise on ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
This hotel is a short walk away from some restaurants and shops. It is around 30 minutes to walk into Torremolinos Town or just under €8 for a taxi. It is very near to the beach.
This hotel is good and family friendly, however I would say the downfall is the food. Unfortunately 2 members of our group fell poorly after eating the breakfast (Eggs specifically). The food all looks very nice, but I would not advise to eat all of it and take precaution, I mostly stuck to dry foods and we ate out several times instead. We also spoke to several other people who had been poorly after eating here.
There is food available near the pool area during the day and the bar is good and has a self service area for soft drinks and hot drinks.
There are ramps and lifts so everywhere is wheelchair and buggy friendly.
Apart from the food, we would recommend this hotel for value

So I'd avoid during off peak times as they have the Spanish pensioners there and cater to them, staff were brilliant and entertainers were amazing also but to pay £700 for all inclusive then not being able to eat at the hotel was worse. Spoke to the general manager who sorted a few things for us out but said that there is renovations being done, said we could order anything and it would be cooked for us, went to the restaurant and ordered a steak which was ok but it was more like thin sandwich steak.
I would of liked to given this hotel a great review but unfortunately will never be returning for the future thank god I brought more money than normal this year. Overall
Staff - friendly and amazing
Food - disgusting
Drink - could be better but I mainly drunk coke all the time
Rooms - didn't really have a problem with the room other than it's not what was requested.
That's 1 birthday holiday ruined.

Great experience! Nice well fitted rooms. I have never been in 5 star hotels, but I think this hotel should be very close to that. If there would be ranks between 4 and 5 stars I would give them 4 3/4 stars. It was really very pleasant. I will definitely choose this hotel if I ever travel again in the area.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!
I want to prefix this review by saying I have written a lot of reviews for different hotels/villa's and restaurants etc., and have never given any a 1 star review. Businesses can have ups and downs and I try and find the good in what they do to support them, and give real feed back.
Firstly this hotel is not even close to a 4 star hotel. I will be lodging a complaint with both our holiday provider and ATOL.
Me and my partner have just returned from a 10 day stay here (20th-30th April). And were both so ill with food poisoning we couldn't leave our room for 4 days. At one point my partner was going to call an ambulance as i could barely walk from the bed to the bathroom. We also know that multiply other people staying here also got the same thing.
We paid the extra for the all inclusive gold, which gives you 3 special "dinners" (Italian, BBQ and "fusion/asian") and branded alcohol.
They say that it gives you special access. But it basically means you dont have to queue to get into the main dining room (very long waits for poor food) and have a small area by the pool bar to sit. (Branded alcohol was nice, not that we drink a lot but prefer better tasting alcohol). I would say the whole package is a rip off, the dinners are served downstairs and consist of a very limited menu, normally a bad salad starter, a basic main and pretty poor dessert. Food in the main dining room is some of the worst food i have ever experienced in spain and any hotel I've ever stayed in. Most was of poor quality (especially the meat) and was poorly prepared being undercooked and/or beyond over cooked mush. We tried our best to make the most of it, as we had already paid for all inclusive gold. But once we got sick we couldn't even smell the dining room without feeling sick. They also say that gold customers have 24hr access to snacks and drinks, this consisted of a stale tray of sandwiches and a random collection of basic spirit's.
The hotel itself is tired and run down, our room (2616) clearly hadnt been updated or refreshed in some time with the exception of the bathroom which had an oddly modern finish. The view thankfully was lovely, but the noise that could be heard from the street and other rooms was incredible. With the balcony doors closed you could still hear the ocean, the wind, the cars and bikes revving the strip and every leary person coming out of the beach club right opposite the hotel. Not to mention conversations in the next room.
The nicest thing i can say about the hotel is that some of the staff were very nice and helpful. The waiting staff were lovely, if not a little embarrassed by the food that was served. Most staff in the pool bar/snack bar were also very nice (except one).
Reception staff didnt care that our stay was bad or that we had food poisoning. When i tried to tell the older gentleman on reception about it at checkout he simply cut me off and said "Thank you, bye" and walked away.
Apologies that this is somewhat of a long review. But please take my review seriously, my main concern is if a young child, pregnant woman or someone vulnerable gets as sick as we got that it could genuinely be fatal.
I would also like to add that the taxi driver who took us to the airport on the way home, asked how our stay had been, on telling her about it. She replied with a sigh and said that it is well known and widely remarked how bad the hotel is and how poorly some of the guests are when leaving.
