stayed for a week with my family & I’m shocked at all the 1 star reviews. don’t get me wrong,the hotel is outdated as is most Spanish hotels & it could do with some maintenance such as repairing damaged internal walls but overall we’ve found it’s cleaned to a good standard with daily room service. we haven’t had much interaction with the staff but when we have we’ve found them very polite,especially the lady who cleans our room. we had breakfast at the hotel every morning,there was plenty to choose from. the only thing I found frustrating was that the walls must be quite thin as you can hear the neighbours which is quite annoying when you’re trying to get your 2yo son to sleep. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Not at all a 4* hotel, but more of a 3* hotel. They don't have bathroom supplies so your better bring your own shampoo and slippers. The rooms aa big and spacious, but sooo old... The serving is good, the food is pretty good, I could always find something to eat. The location is good because it's in the centre near the sea, but bad at the same time because the centre is full of bars, clubs and discos and they party until sunrise. Over all, pretty nice stay, not major problems, just the lack of bathroom supplies. If you have an easy sleep, you cannot stay in here

I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from, but I can say without any doubt that this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We booked through an agency for a school trip to Spain with a group of kids. At check-in, they requested a €20 deposit for each child, which we were not informed about beforehand. They also needed to scan our passports and wanted us to leave all documents there until they were done scanning?? The front desk lady informed us very rudely that it would take more than an hour, so we should come back later! How in the world am I supposed to leave all the IDs with a stranger? It didn’t make sense… Going up to our rooms, it got worse and worse. The whole hotel had a sewer smell; the carpets were completely filthy and ripped. The rooms had cracked walls, nails were sticking out of the floors, and a dead mosquito was in my bed… I felt like I was in some kind of horror movie hotel. Thank God it was only 2 nights! I’m sharing all the pictures to confirm my review…

This is the BEST hotel I've been in. I've been in many and this service and the rooms are amazing👌.the rooms are clean every day and I just love the beds they are comfortable and I could live here.the food is AMAZING if I could i would eat that for breakfast lunch and dinner.the view from the balcony is so BEAUTIFUL you could see a view of the ocean and there are kids activities and 2 bars. Even though it's not season yet the pool is cold but it's Massive. The paintings in the rooms are buetiful.one thing though is that we only get water for lunch and dinner no juice or coffee.but the food is really GOOD. I would definitely come back. The sheets of the bed are perfect and the air-conditioning is warm. I would recommend this hotel to many tourists.

GREAT Hotel for the price. Remember it's off season now , so the swimming pool is closed, kids animation and evening events are off too. But for the price offered you will get a 4 star hotel , in the middle of Fuengirola! And weather in January is between 16-22c so great for long walks or sunbathe if high. We Had a family of 6 , and despite above , we never get bored during our stay. Food is at a high level , as you could expect from a 4 star Hotel ,and I have never seen anyone unhappy out there. A variety of dishes from grilled calamari to chicken , fruits are always present even at breakfast time , and during dinner and supper wine is included in your Full Board basis 😜 so can't complain about that as well. The hotel staff is working very Hard , rooms are cleaned frequently,and all of them are very helpful. Outside of the hotel immediately there are bars and pubs and plenty to choose from ,as the Hotel is in the centre strip of town.There is a Harbour in the front and amusement park at the left. Further away ,in the back streets you could find Spanish Clubs with Live Latino music over the weekends. There is even a zoo nearby, so plenty to do around. I will definitely book this hotel again 😁 as it's in a great location, it's clean and the food is lovely. Thanks for the lovely time.
