Just home after a wonderful weeks stay in this beautiful hotel. From check in to check out I couldn't fault it. Staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive to our needs. We only had bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very nice with loads of choice, hot and cold. The pool/bar area was clean with plenty of space to sit and relax, although the pool was cold, which was disappointing. My room was comfortable, stocked with a fridge, hairdryer and TV, however I couldn't get English TV but I was worried. The room didn't have a kettle but you could hire one for €12 the week. The hotel had entertainment every night and a rooftop bar with amazing views of the coastline and surrounding area. There were lots of bars and restaurants along the seafront front and a very yummy ice-cream shop about a 5 minute walk area. The hotel is close to a lovely beach with access to lounger chairs. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of visiting and I would certainly visit again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

This hotel is in a very good location right on the beach. It is clean enough and the rooms are adequate and a little dated. Don’t book half board if you can help it. The food is not great. Cold and greasy.
Staff need to collectively go on a customer service course. Only one member of staff (name escapes me) was nice. I left my sun bed to go to the pool bar to get a drink and the guy at the pool removed my towel from the bed. When questioned he told me to be quiet and listen to him! He then said it was company policy if you left your sunbed for ANY reason you would loose it. When I asked to speak to the hotel manager regarding this, I was advised she was too busy to speak to me by a member of the reception staff. Terrible customer service .

Very impressed.
I visited this hotel to have a look around as I’ve booked three rooms next year for a family holiday. I had a drink in the rooftop bar, it was very presentable with amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s also so well located on the beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants. I was also reassured to see a few workmen doing winter maintenance in the grounds. A hotel guest also complimented the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and patiently listened as I asked her in Spanish about how to arrange for cots in the rooms. I’m so looking forward to my family holiday there next May, I know it will be great!

Safes are down in reception at 14 euro a week take your own kettle as its cheaper to buy one than rent the hotels. My room was OK but was on what I and others called the dark side it was cold all the time because the rooms on that side never get any sun.
I could of moved at a cost per night but I wouldn't as other were offered a free upgrade and if you were on the bright side you got wine and a box of doughnuts waiting for you on arrival. The breakfast was all ready cooked and going cold on the pass as it is near the doors that open on to the main reception doors to the street. Evening meals were not good we were even putting the soup in the microwave overall not a good experience even though I met some lovely people.

So excited to be arriving back at this hotel this week for a week of holidays ! Hotel is so clean and staff were so nice and helpful!
Praying I get a sea front room like my last stay as it was genuinely like waking up to a google image , it’s was spectacular, definitely worth asking or requesting a room facing the sea (you won’t be disappointed)i booked threw a travel agent and completely forgot to request this . Fabulous location also you won’t need to get an Uber anywhere as everything at at your feet. First time travelling alone with my young child , I specifically booked here as I know staff will be super helpful and make everything as easy as possible for us. See u soon Hotel La Barracuda!! X
