First, the hotel advertised themselves with parking bay. It is a paid parking (15 euro?) which is fine, but you will have to park 10 min walk away.
Outside looks fantastic but the room and interior is old and unclean. It was facing directly to the residential flat 5m away.
We wish to chill at the swimming pool but it was closed while we arrived, so check before you book.
Breakfast is horrible. Orange juice was not fresh, food are cold. But the view is nice.
Service is okay the only plus

Just left this hotel after a week stay , the hotel is not fit for running they are under going renovations so there is dust every were the rooms are completely different to what is advertised and when asked where are those rooms and can we get them we were told no as they do not exist (completely false advertisement) the food here is vile breakfast and dinner! After being shown 3 different rooms for us to pick. the room we picked was for 3 people and extremely small , no privacy in the rooms so definitely not suited for a family , we both got no sleep at night as you can hear every thing which is happening out side your room and in the room above you all night and all day!! Receptionist is extremely ignorant when we first arrived so we decided to avoid them during our stay , our shower flooded into the bedroom and when called service they told us there was noting wrong .definitely would not recommend or return to this hotel , all under our door was broken off so draft always in the room , only con to our stay was the view

A decent hotel located by the beach, but there were a few things to complain about.
The rooms have no bedside tables.
No kettle in the room.
The toilets are open planned with just a small glass screen for very limited privacy.
Loud banging late at night.
They don't provide an iron, and instead expect you to use their laundry service.
Other than the above everything was good, and the rooms were clean.

On Friday 2nd February 24 I went into the hotel with my husband to have a cocktail in the roof top bar as we often do. There was a notice in the lobby to say the bar was closed, but I needed to use the ladies bathroom. There were no toilets in the lobby bar. There was a sign saying they were upstairs. I was halfway up when the man on reception asked where I was going. I explained we were going to the roof top bar but it was closed and I really needed to go to the ladies toilet, but he said no!
He said we have to have drank, not just buy, a drink in the lobby bar before we could use the toilet. I am in my mid 60s and can't wait that long! I said this is unacceptable and he came running around the lobby and ushered us out the hotel. We are both pensioners and found his behaviour absolutely disgusting.
I always thought it was Spanish law that you could use toilets when necessary in bars, restaurants, hotels etc.
The hotel unfortunately does not have a complaints section on there website.
We will not be hurrying back, lots of other places!

First time back since the pandemic, but the rooms were much better now in terms of refurbishment and the winter room prices were great. Had a wonderful four day break. The sun shone and the location puts you at the heart of everything.
