Stayed in September of 2023, for 7 nights. In room with a Hot tub.
On arrival to the hotel and reception, we thought the hotel looked great. This however changed for 3 key reasons, firstly the food was very repetitive and got bland after 3 days. Secondly the location was very poor and transportation links were unorganised and not clear. Third key reason was that most staff (apart from the cleaners, bar staff and one lady at the reception) were often rude and unapproachable, to the point were we felt very uncomfortable. Be aware that pictures seen, do not represent the room you will actually get and the all inclusive has a limited range of drinks.
Also there is a limited number of activities to do in or around the hotel.
The main positive feature of the holiday was a ginger and white cat that visited us in the hotel, that brightened our day.
Overall we left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed in our choice of hotel.

Was a great find, could not fault it. The rooms were very clean, the food was amazing and never met such friendly staff. Its not in the middle of a tourist resort, its built into a hillside so the views were stunning. It was perfect for us. The hotel was full while we were there, but there were so many different places to sit throughout the complex, we felt like we were one of the few people there❤️. It even had its own little Chapel. Best test of a good hotel? We can't wait to go back next year🛩❤️

Amazing place. Due to the location, beautiful views from every side. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is incredibly delicious and has a large selection. Because the hotel is located on a hill, you have to climb a bit from your room to the restaurant or beach. Had a great time in this beautiful place, I highly recommend it. I look forward to my next visit to this hotel.

We had the most amazing 10 night stay here back in June! We was very fortunate and was upgraded to a suite the last 3 days of our holiday with our own private pool! Staff are amazing and so friendly especially Stelios who worked on the pool bar he was so hard working and so funny we had many evenings laughing away! The food was so fresh and they had themed nights. A short walk down to the beach with lovely bars, cafes and restaurants, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus back aswell. Reception staff were so welcoming and informative. Rooms and hotel were spotlessly clean, the cleaners were our every morning cleaning the hotel and fresh bedding everyday! Beautiful view from the hotel. We will definitely be returning to Blue Bay!

Excellent place. The entire experience was great. To begin with the check in process is friendly and explain everything about the stay including what to expect during the stay. The luggage is transported by friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious with spectacular sea views. All inclusive has alcoholic drinks as mentioned on their website and also a bit more than that. The food was good and there were at least few dishes which did not repeat. The pool area is decent, there is a tennis court to enjoy as well. The location is good with two beaches within walking distances. Also enjoyed all the entertainment / shows every evening
Overall fantastic stay for the family.
