The hotel is good for families. There was animation by the pool in English at daytime and in some other language (I believe Czech) for the kids in the evening. The location of the hotel is perfect (nice view, close to a little market and a supermarket) and the fact that the hotel has everything. But some staff at the reception was quite indifferent. We forgot a baby bouncer in the hotel when checking out and when we came back 1 hour later reception said nobody saw or found it:( The room was dusty and the bathroom was never cleaned properly.

The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. Simply fabulous, we loved this hotel even though our room was next to the pool! For the rest, nothing to complain about, the staff at the top, always looking after us. Lots of stores around the hotel. Very central to start an excursion. And a big thank you for the attention paid to the birthday of our daughter who celebrated her 8th birthday, a cake at the restaurant. A very nice vacation, we will come back with pleasure

A nice vacation, but the hotel had some drawbacks and I would say it is not a four stars hotel. Pros: the village is very beautiful, the hotel has a nice view overlooking the sea. Pizza was good, as well as the grill area. Points to improve: Food was not to our liking, most of the dishes were tasteless. For breakfast they don’t have salads or pastry other than croissants which didn’t taste well. All yogurt sortiments were very very fat. The sodas were not qualitative, plus they were very sweet. Snacks were always the same, a sort of cake with chocolate or simple. Disappointing. The rooms were nice, but the toilets need more maintenance-you can see limescale and rust everywhere, the mirror was dirty. Also cleaning is done superficial and not daily… one night we found a bag with dirty laundry next to our room, which stayed there until the next day. They do not offer any hygiene products other than a shower gel that seemed to be very low quality.

The hotel was very pleasant and the staff were very friendly although the language barrier was a little difficult at times. The room was very clean and house keeping did an excellent job. We arrived late at night due to delays in flights and the reception staff plated some food for us and had this ready for us in the restraunt once we had put our bags in our room. This hotel is an excellent example of a 4* hotel and I would recommend anyone to come here on a last minute booking. The outside evening bar is very nice and the drinks the barman makes are excellent and not to badly priced considering. The bar stocks all the big named brands of drinks but this is not included in the all inclusive. It would of been nice if they used cheaper brands and included this in like other hotels do. The water park is an excellent addition to the hotel and the 8 euro per person fee is more than value for money as my son had many hours in here. The road to the water park could do with being finished though as this is currently a rubble road. With all hotels there are some negatives which can be easily resolved, the drinks in the all inclusive are very poor... the beer is incredibly weak and the non alcoholic drinks are the cheapest that can be found. The food in the main restaurant is typical all inclusive standard , so nothing too great but nothing too bad. The fresh pizza being made was a very pleasant surprise and done very well. If it didn't only cost an extra £100 for 6 nights for the three of us to include the all inclusive I would say to avoid, but at the price it's better to have as we had that £100 in breakfast alone. The al a carte restraunt is included in the all inclusive which was a nice surprise, however the food was laughable. My wife and I laughed the whole way through the meal at what was being brought out. (It was worse than the main restraunt) and they charge you for your drinks in the al a carte restaurant, if you want wine etc the bottle we had tasted just like lambrini wine (the best bargain wine you can get in British supermarkets). The rooms were a good size and very clean however you will struggle to sleep due to the noise from every room around you. Two rooms down from us had a baby and every two hours we heard her cry, being parents ourselves we understand but at the same time we do like our sleep. Some basic sound proofing in the rooms can resolve this. All in all this is a fantastic last minute cheap get away and met and exceeded our expectations in many areas however there is room for improvement like anywhere else. I would recommend this place as a cheap get away from the great British rain.

The Hotel definitely doesn't correspond to a 4 star rating. Rooms are very basic, bathrooms rather bad, than good. Service uses bleach to clean the bathroom, so one of my t-shirt was spoilt by badly removed bleach in the bathroom. Yet food was pretty good, nice choice, variety, nice service in the restaurant. BUT THE MOST amazing of all is it's animation team - these guys are awesome, they go extra mile every day to entertain the guests, and they do it very sincerely. But the most amazing among all of them is Adam! This guy is born for what he is doing. In seven days we built so close and nice relationship, it was beacuse of him sad to leave this place. We would return there only if knowing Adam is here! Only due to him we give 5 out of 5.
