My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing stays I've had at any Marriott. Some of the hotel staff were clearly under-trained as they struggled to answer simple questions about things like parking and issues with our room. Further, in spite of the "do not disturb" sign we left on the door, the staff still came into our room on the 3rd night of our stay. Beyond that, there were multiple issues with the room itself. Multiple items were in disrepair or improperly maintained. I've added photos of some of the issues, but the worst among them was the poor drainage in the showers. Taking a shower was a race against time to try and make sure the water didn't overflow the one inch high lip at the base of the showerstall, all the while standing in a puddle of drain water. We actually had changed rooms on our first day due to all the issues, and the 2nd room was in the same state as the first. The location at least is great with walkable access to the city and quick access to the highway, but if you can find somewhere close by, I'd advise staying there until the management of this hotel can pull itself together.

Furniture straight out of the war. Our flooring was pitted, and the chairs were torn. I wouldn’t expect this from a 2 star hotel let alone a 3 or a 4 star one.
The gym is a tiny room with 3 pairs of weights (one of which was missing).
The only saving grace is the staff are lovely. Especially the manager, Emanuel.
I think for the prices you can do so much better.

Although the location and staff ( especially Victor at the Front Desk) was great, the (second) room we were given was very small, partly outdated in appearance and surprising in that regard. The mattress was too soft and did not make for a comfortable night's sleep. The most impactful about my feeling regarding the rooms, however, was the fact that the walls were so thin, one could hear the neighbor's every word. In our first room (1115), the neighbors had what seemed to be a party so we asked to be moved immediately. The person we shared a wall with in our second room (707), could be heard snoring all night, which was not very good. Breakfast was generally good with friendly and attentive staff present. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on the staff and location and we will be happy to return at a later time.

Quite a distance from a beach but the view from the hotel rooms was sea view near a part of a harbour. The twin room was spacious, clean and well equipped with mini fridge, coffe maker, hairdryer etc, though some of the flooring looked a bit tired. It was beautifully decorated for the festive season and the buffet food was excellent. The staff were extremely patient and helpful and all spoke fluent English.

Close to the old town and easy to drive to. A good standard international hotel. Our junior suite was very good but the bathroom was in need of refurbishment. Service was excellent all round. Food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good.
