Very nice hotel, with respectable staff, clean rooms and beautiful views. We have went to this hotel for the past four years and never have been disappointed. The food is really good and they have new dishes daily. The hotel is situated in a good area, within a 10 min walk to the beach and close to pubs and restaurants for everyone’s taste😀😀we went in October and it was very hot. You can use the hotel’s pool towels for which you have to pay a deposit that will be given back when you return them. The water in the pool was very nice. We haven’t been to the beach though because it was too hot outside😁😁😁Just relaxing at the pool🍸🍸

Nice hotel. Food is different each day and no complaints. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint is not inly the room floors but all tiled floors inside and out, need a good clean, with hot bleach, soapy water to remove the ingrained dirt
Close to all amenities with a bus and taxi service.
We would come back, but clean those floors please

The hotel is reasonably priced for the facilities and I would have given 4 stars but for the influx of a very large/loud group of men over a weekend who dominated the pool area and used coarse language next to us. For a 'family friendly' hotel this was a disappointment. Although some tour operators say such groups are not allowed, not all operate this way. It might be that we were unlucky as we are told that it this is not the norm.

The hotel is located 7 minutes walk from the strip, where all the entertainment is located. The WiFi at this time is mediocre and the staff acknowledge however as I write they have contractors install fibre optics so you know they are dealing with it. The breakfast was hearty and work including in the room price, the corner room on the third floor over looking the pool warmly welcomed with an extra large balcony and brand new air conditioning , the room is clean even in the places you expect to be dirty. The mini bar worked and had two complementary bottles of water. The shower and water pressure is great, the toilet flushes well but no toilet brush the only fault i could find. The gym is well worth a visit however 5 pieces of equipment, I had the gym to my self. I will update this review once I have used the rest of the facilities.

Visited in March, sunbeds were available in the pool area without having to queue up, just wait for unlocking. Rooms cleaned and pool area cleaned every morning. Food choices OK but not always hot, some things cooked to order, showed to table. Some daytime and evening entertainment, usual for the class of hotel. Depending where your room is some good views
