Came here for a couples hammam and massages experience. It was so incredibly relaxing. The place is gorgeous and clean and the staff are professional and lovely. Was so nice to get to experience the hammam in this private way.
We came early in the day which was good because it can get really hot apparently in the hammam and we both have health issues with heat. So if you struggle with that definitely go for the morning before the midday heat kicks in!
The rooftop area is amazing we chilled there for hours after and had a really nice breakfast. Mint tea was the best we've had in Marrakech!

We had a great couples hamman and massage at the hotel as non guests. Can thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking to get a hamman and massage as I spent ages going through reviews and looking on social media. This place is great. There is also a roof terrace which is an amazing area to sit and wait for your massage with a cup of Moroccan tea x

My husband and I came here for the couples hammam and 60min massage.
Communication was clear and very responsive. We were warmly received by the owner/manager, with a clear explanation of what we were to expect. We’ve both had hammam experiences before however we found the quality and attention of detail to be lacking here. There was one lady responsible for scrubbing the both of us and it was very sped up and not as thorough as we were accustomed to. Therefore we felt that the 45min hammam experience split between two people did not provide as good value compared to paying for two individual hammams at other places. The massage was good when it got going, however for the first 10 minutes the massage therapists were clearly on their phones and just caressing the same foot with one hand mindlessly.
Overall whilst we felt the it was not quite as good bang for buck value compared to others, the hospitality was warm, the riad is gorgeous, and one of the few around to allow couples in the same hammam room.

Myself and my wife booked a couples hammam and massage package at Riad Ksar and we really enjoyed our time there! The riad itself is really nice, very peaceful and tastefully appointed. All the staff were very friendly and the treatments were so relaxing. We felt like new people when we left. Tea on the roof was a nice touch at the end. The owner was very helpful and gave us some good tips. The riad can be tricky to find but if you follow the directions they send you, you should have no problem and it’s well worth it when you arrive! Thanks again Riad Ksar!

Stayed in a different location in Marrakesh but came to Riad Al Ksar for a Hammam experience. After seeing the space and meeting the staff I will definitely consider accommodation for my return to Marrakesh. The space is stunning, the staff were so beautiful. The Hammam & spa facilities were lovely & the ladies who facilitated both the Hammam and massage were so attentive and made me feel amazing. We were also given complimentary Tea and access to the roof terrace to unwind after our Hammam! The host was a really warm and friendly man too. The location is great too, with lots of restaurants & shops nearby for a wander around. Wonderful experience over all and will definitely be back!
