The resort was approx 25 minutes from Marrakech.
There is a shuttle provided to and from the city at a small cost (approx £2 each way). Taxis are easily available at approx £10 to £15 depending on time of day.
The staff were all helpful and welcoming.
As the majority of the guests are French the entertainment reflected this, however once the entertainment team were aware that we did not speak French they did their best to ensure English speakers were involved.
There was a variety of food. We had read some comments that not all the food was served very hot and we found this to be true. However we did not struggle to find plenty to enjoy

Staff are amazing. Rooms spotless.
Food amazing if you like Moroccan. Only local drinks on the all inclusive so white rum cocktails cost 8 euros . Animation team are brilliant. Internet leaves a lot to be desired.

If you are from the UK please read this before going here! I never take in reviews because I think I'm sure it won't be that bad. I am the first person to write a positive review and look for the good in every hotel, I'm far from a snob, but this WAS bad. This is my third time visiting Morocco, the other 2 hotels I've stayed in were so much better (and one was cheaper than this). This hotel was probably 50% UK guests, 40% French and 10% other.
Drinks: I'm not a big drinker at home but I like a drink on holiday in the evening, who doesn't? Well, I honestly don't think it could have been any worse. I was told on my first night there was no spirits left behind the bar at 9:45pm (1.15 hrs before all inclusive ends). I complained to the bar manager and told him I want money back, he appeared 5 minutes later with a crate of vodka - so the drinks don't run out, they limit them. I explained to him we're in the middle of no where, no bars anywhere, so we need the hotel to provide what we've paid for. Most other people just accepted being told their drink had ran out and drank something else. I was assured this wouldn't happen again on 1st night. The next day, told no vodka left at 5pm (this was my first drink of the day). I then complained to reception who took 1 hour to find the bar manager. This happened every night. There were about 20 people I spoke to from the UK in the hotel that had teamed up and complained together. No vodka, gin, rum, even beer at times. We were always assured it won't happen again but every night the same problem. Who wants to spend all holiday complaining just to get a drink? Not me! When we did manage to get a drink, no ice, half empty, warm, and vodka lemonades served in pint glasses. Another family I spoke to waited 2 hours for a beer. If you go here, take your own alcohol from duty free and expect to queue for ages for warm soft drinks.
Food: if you have children, they'll probably starve. You will too. Breakfast appalling. 0 choice. Found hairs in the food. Mostly pastry's all days old and hard. No cooked breakfast apart from peppers/tomatos, potato's, eggs. Waited 20 minutes for bread one morning. Lunch probably the most choice, pizza and chips (which isn't ideal or tasty but it's edible). Dinner awful. Salad gone off. Massive queues for food in the canteen because there's not enough stations or food for the amount of guests. Please note I AM NOT FUSSY, I'll eat anything and have always LOVED the food in Morocco, I love spicy Moroccan food and chicken nuggets, I really like everything, but this hotel was just so poor.
Staff: The hotel is badly ran by management. It's chaotic. Bar staff extremely rude and make you feel bad for asking for a drink. Slam glasses down in front of you. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Entertainment: The staff who run the entertainment are wonderful. Momo especially. So lovely and great for kids and adults. They are the only positive of this shambolic hotel.
Rooms: Basic but spacious and ok. Aircon works but keeps you up all night making weird sounds.
Pool/hotel grounds: Nice, no complaints here. Big spacious hotel with nice reception but far from luxury - you get what you pay for.
Overall, I would never stay here again and it needs to be taken over or something. It was shambolic. If you are looking for a cheap hotel in the sun you'd be better off at Ryads Parc - it's cheaper and 4 star but much better food/drinks.
Also witnessed plenty of arguments, and even a member of Bar staff having sex outside with a guest.
Morocco is a beautiful country and the people are generally all lovely and welcoming. But avoid this hotel at all costs!!

Our experience at this resort was fantastic - excellent service and an overall enjoyable stay. However, a couple of observations stood out during our time here.
Firstly, for those guests who do not consume alcohol, it would be beneficial to have a more diverse selection of non-fizzy cold drinks available besides just orange juice. This could significantly enhance the experience for those looking for alternative beverage options.
Secondly, we encountered an unexpected situation regarding accommodations for children. As a family with children, we noticed that the children was provided with a blanket instead of a duvet, which felt a bit unusual. After requesting a duvet for our child for three days, it was finally arranged, but only for a single duvet for two children in two separate rooms. This delay and inconvenience in providing appropriate bedding for the children were disappointing and unexpected, especially in a holiday setting where comfort and convenience are usually prioritized.
Despite these minor issues, our overall experience at the resort was highly positive, and the exceptional service and amenities largely contributed to our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The place is nice but not organised at all.
Some of the things were way off
The staff was really sweet and engaging. Specially people from performing arts are really hospitable.
Price wise it good.
Repeated meals thought out our stay here.
The cocktails were no way close to what it was supposed to be.
The property is beautiful and has multiple pools.
The nearest attraction is the desert which is known for palm trees oasis. But not as interesting as the Agafay desert.
Do you planning right if you are opting for this property
