If you want to ruin your vacation, welcome to this hotel. There are no complaints about the food, that's the only thing. The rest is terrible. The room is only a 5-star in name. Cleaning is not done. You have to constantly call and ask the staff to clean the room. The air conditioning did not work, it took 2 days to turn on the cooling and heating. At night in the room in winter + 17. Everything was much better a year ago. I left at night, asked for a lunch box to take with me, they said they would make it and bring it to the room, but this was also not done. I forgot my room card in the restaurant, asked all the staff, they did not find it, a fine of 10 €. And the fact that there is no cleaning and the air conditioning does not work is normal, no one cares. The German tour operator Check 24 ignores this situation and was unable to help. I do not recommend this hotel!!!

Very welcoming people. Lovely rooms and service, food is unreal. Hotel is beautiful.
Mina Akram, Amir, Albert are my favourite by far. Lovely people.
Just be careful of the animators! Some of them aren’t as they seem…

My recent stay at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland- *Room 4410 25th Jan 2025- 30th Jan 2026.*
It was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional combination of delicious food, immaculate cleanliness, and warm, attentive staff. I want to give special shout-outs to three team members who made my experience extra special: Mina Akrahm at reception, and Yousef and Mina in the dining area.
From the moment I arrived, Mina Akrahm greeted me with a bright, genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. He handled check-in efficiently, walking me through the resort’s amenities with patience and clarity, and even offered helpful tips on local spots to explore. His professionalism and friendly demeanor set the perfect tone for my entire stay.
In the dining room, Yousef and Mina were outstanding. Yousef was always quick to refill drinks and anticipate my needs, Both were attentive without being intrusive, and their cheerful banter made every meal feel like a joyful occasion. The food itself was consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented from hearty breakfast buffets to elegant evening dinners.
Throughout the resort, cleanliness was impeccable. Common areas, my room, and the dining space were spotlessly maintained, with staff regularly tidying and sanitizing. It was clear that attention to hygiene is a top priority, which added to my comfort and peace of mind.
Overall, every interaction with the staff reinforced how dedicated they are to ensuring guests have a fantastic stay. Mina Akrahm, Yousef, and Mina embody the resort’s commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland and look forward to returning soon.

Honestly, this is one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed at. I have never experienced such blatant discrimination and disrespect in my life. The staff are incredibly rude, even towards their own community, and their behaviour is completely unacceptable.
Female guests are specifically targeted and treated unfairly, simply for showing some skin. Instead of making guests feel welcome, staff make them feel uncomfortable, judged, and singled out. It creates an unsafe and hostile environment that no resort should ever allow.
The service is absolutely horrible and clearly discriminatory toward certain races. Staff will look you straight in the eye when you ask for assistance and then completely ignore you. When these issues were raised with management, the resort manager repeatedly dismissed everything as “just a misunderstanding” and showed no interest in resolving any concerns. He had no issue with us leaving rather than addressing the problems.
On top of this, the food especially the desserts is terrible and far below acceptable standards for a resort claiming to be five-star. This place desperately needs better management, proper staff training, and a complete overhaul of its service standards.
I would strongly advise people to avoid this resort if they expect respect, fairness, or even basic hospitality.

We've been twice this year, used the hotel as a base for a scuba trip. We last visited about 15 years ago, when it was a 3 corners resort.
Location is a bit far out of Naama, about a 40 minute walk or a 10 minute egp150 taxi ride.
Highlights: the staff are excellent, from the cleaners to the restaurant staff, the bar staff and the customer relations staff. The management too, with the catering managers always present and the hotel manager popping up everywhere.
The food was varied, with a different theme every night, always managed to find something we liked. I would say that some people think that all-inc means you pile your plate/table with as much food as you can carry and leave most of it. Mostly the same people who ignore the tongs and grab the food with their fingers.
3 a-la-cartes (Italian, Indian & seafood), one visit to each per stay.
Didn't use the aqua park, but it seemed popular. We were on the Premier side, which is quieter - most of the daytime activities were on the Parkland side. Evening entertainment was music or dance shows, enthusiastic animation team.
Good value, we'll stay again.
