The hotel itself is located I would say 25 min walk from the nearest beach. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to the beach throughout the day.
The indoor pool was not available.
The staff were really nice and kind though.
All very polite and professional, shout out to Max, the Entertainment guy, he is such an amazing person, ! He talks to everyone, he gives the best tips about what to do around the area, he ensures everyone is having a great time, he is also a very smart person with whom you can discuss literally about anything and he is quite funny.
He made our stay more enjoyable.

Initially it is a lovely hotel, the views are incredible. But due to the fact, the food is flavourless and awful, the pool shuts at 7, after 11pm you have to start paying for drinks, the lingering smell of poo by the pool, having to witness managers yell at staff, the fact that you are constantly missing on eating anyway if you don’t wake up crazy o’clock in the morning, i understand they have a schedule but we got in from our flight at quarter to 11 and we were starving but there is no food not snacks or anything, they also just lay out the same things pretty much everyday anyway, finally the wifi is shocking, it doesn’t work in rooms but sometimes in common rooms.
Right but apart from that the pools are lovely, our room had a great view with a balcony, beds were comfortable and showers were nice plus there’s loads of little freebies you get, a 10 minute massage in the first 2 days and a free professional picture.
Also bring your hiking boots or be prepared to pay 4-5 pounds for a taxi every time you want to go to town and back, the road leading to the hotel is windy and STEEP walking down is bearable but going up i have never done something so challenging

The hotel and surroundings are lovely very close to the shops. All the staff are very friendly. I see some comments. Say they don’t speak English they do speak English some of them not great but think about it you’ve gone on holiday to Turkey. Only the English would go to another country and criticise the fact that they don’t speak it.
the rooms are cleaned every day and they do fab job.
It’s not a huge hotel so that’s probably why there’s not much of a choice on the food otherwise there’ll be a lot of waste as long as you get there at the beginning of meal times the food is quite fresh and hot. If you get there an hour later, it might be a bit cold, but you need to work around that. It is an all-inclusive, but if you pop into the town, the food is very cheap down there anyway.
Thank you🫡

A beautiful property with great potential, but...
Let me start by saying that the hotel and its surroundings are truly beautiful, and access to the beach is fairly easy. Another strong point is the cleaning staff – they do a great job keeping the rooms, pool area, and public spaces clean. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The hotel staff barely speak English, which makes it extremely difficult to communicate if any issues arise. Wi-Fi only works near the reception, which is obvious in the evenings when guests gather there just to access the internet.
The air conditioning in our room seemed to only work until around 4 or 5 PM – after that, I couldn't get it to turn on. For the first few days, guests were playing their own music by the pool. Eventually, the hotel staff must have felt embarrassed and started playing music through the hotel’s speakers. Unfortunately, it was mostly classical or lullaby-style music – not exactly what you'd expect on holiday. Music in the restaurant only appeared once a higher-ranking staff member (probably a manager or the owner) showed up.
Now the bar – it definitely deserves a poor review. Beer is poured from cans or bottles into small glasses, and what's left is saved for the next guest – sometimes not even kept in a fridge. If you want a drink, order before 2 PM, because after that, there’s no ice left. One of the bartenders, wearing a headscarf, was rude – when I asked about the ice, he just shook his head and said something to his colleague in Turkish, which I didn't understand, but it felt disrespectful.
The worst part, however, was the food. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold every single day – not once or twice, but every day. I asked the head chef to try them and he admitted the heating equipment wasn’t working, so the food served was cold and he couldn’t do anything about it. He should really taste the food before serving – either he doesn’t, or he has completely burned-out taste buds. Everything was bland, underseasoned, cold, and made without love or care.
To top it off, I personally returned a piece of metal scouring pad I found in the food – and didn’t even receive an apology.
Overall, the hotel and surroundings are lovely, and the beach is easy to reach, but that’s about it.
This is the first time I’ve seen a hotel threaten guests with legal action over negative reviews. That’s a terrible practice. Perhaps it would be better to read the negative feedback and make improvements, rather than being blinded by the positive reviews.
I do not recommend this place and I definitely won’t be coming back.

We arrived pretty late on 10th of May. That was no person in the hotel speaking english at all. Receptionist gave us the Turkish translator to find out why we there.
Wi fi wasn’t working.
We asked to get a key for the safe box and never get it. They promised that will be sorted.
Food was horrible, head chef do not care. They serve food far away from standards, danger for health. We find the part of metal scourer in the Brocoli. Report to the head chef and what he did was he took a spoon and check rest of it on the buffet if there’s no More of it ! They left it for other guests!! Joke !
All inclusive drinks ? Forget about the ice ! Weather is hot and they have no ice or running out of it just after 12pm.
They pour beer from the can/bottle to the glass and rest of it is waiting to be poured later on for anyone who will order beer again !!!
Hotel beach bar serves only water and coffee.. if you lucky and coffee machine is working🤣
Hotel staff do not speak any language but Turkish/Russian. There’s no one to ask for anything.
No music is playing. No entertainment at all. Was sad to listen the music from Tui Hotel everynight from our balcony, when XL Hotel was dead quiet.
Only good thing was cleaning. Our room was cleaned everyday. Housekeeping was doing great job.
We decided never come back to this hotel.
We spend way too much eating in town which was terrible as we paid for All inclusive!
Worst hotel we been so far.
That’s so frustrating because hotel have Lots of potential and is so beautiful.. but what the hell is going on !
