We stayed here in October 2013 under the previous management called Sunningdale. We had an amazing holiday; the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent.
All the normal shops and restaurants are close by, and you will find all the necessary items without any problems.
We can again in 2024 just to see the venue, and it looks just as good, if not better than it did over 10 years ago. I would recommend this venue if you wish to spend a few weeks in Tenerife during the period October to February in an apartment.

A very nice place, but a warning, a very windy place. It you don’t like strong winds almost constantly think about staying elsewhere. It is the southern part of the island where the wind seems to hit the strongest. 20 minutes away on the west side almost never much wind. The employees were very nice, always greeting with a smile and upbeat. Like others said the food was cold and the pool also.

The only reason I'm marking as a 4 star review is our room was plagued by very small spiders climbing walls and crawling over the floors. At first we thought they were ants it wasn't. Staff was fantastic location was good and shops not far away.

What a beautiful location, everything was brilliant, rooms (houses), service, food, park, table tennis, mini golf, swimming pool, mini shop, nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be returning.
Iris bar down the road did good food. The Palms just a little further from the Irish bar was gorgeous too build your own breakfast, Sunday dinners, and normal meals.
