If the purpose of your visit is to just relax by the pool and not go out much, the location and environment at this resort is perfect. I had a studio booked, and my room was perfectly clean, and well equipped (I had no intention to cook but the kitchen had everything you could need). The bathroom, wardrobe, furniture (including balcony furniture, and a small dining table in the room) etc is all perfect for 2 people. The TV screen is large enough for the size of the room, there's a washing machine, ironing table and iron, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer etc. Basically, all you need for a few days' stay.
There are ample loungers around the pool, which is well maintained. The staff is polite, and very non intrusive. Also, they have toilets, a shower room and luggage storage room in case you want to stick around for a bit after checking out . This was much appreciated!

Villas have everything you need and cleaned regularly. Great value for money if you choose half-board.
Rented car is needed to make your vacations at Tenerife even more memorable!

We were very satisfied with the services of this hotel. The hotel itself is very nice (although a few details in the rooms could use some maintenance, but nothing major). I must highly praise the staff. They were always friendly and ready to solve anything we might need. The surroundings are a bit problematic. Anyone who wants to play golf will surely be happy. However, if you come with small children, you will have trouble finding a beach. Within walking distance, there is only one not very well-maintained rocky beach with a steep entrance into the water, so it’s not suitable for children. Another thing that spoils the impression of the surroundings are the half-ruined hotel ruins and several unfinished plots, which create a feeling of chaos…there are very nice places here and also places you don’t want to visit anymore. In any case, I highly recommend renting a car for your stay and driving to the nearby beautiful beaches. The island is just the right size to get everywhere without any problems. And there is definitely a lot to see, from nature to old historic towns. We drove 1300 km in 10 days, and it was definitely worth it. One last thing is the noise from airplanes. The runway is 2.5 km as the crow flies away. As airplane enthusiasts, we had no problem with it, but I believe it might bother some people. Overall, I can recommend the hotel. Rent a car for your stay and you will be satisfied.

Great location, far enough but close enough, to convenience shops, some a short walk. Local bars. Winter gardens short walk. Bus stop close by. Resort itself is small but plenty big enough, ideal. Lovely pools, nice bar/restaurant. Staff attentive. Apartment we booked was amazing. Definitely return.

Loving the stay here. Great if you're OK with planes flying overhead every few minutes. Apartment wonderful, staff very courteous. Cass is great fun, running the social events
