We came to the hotel for a 10-day holiday in October. Everything was perfect. First of all, when we entered the hotel, we liked that the staff was friendly and met our needs. Especially the reception manager took very good care of us. The waiters working the morning shift at the lobby bar are clean and hardworking, and they fulfill our requests as soon as possible. The food was good and the hotel was clean. We also thank very much to Guest relation Deniz.

Hello, I will write something long here. First of all, we stayed for 10 days and we will consider coming again. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly every day. You can have a good time by the pool all day long without going outside. The aqua park is active and there is a bar there, the only problem was that there was no music playing there. For the staff, the reception manager does not smile at first entrance, he is serious and only follows the procedures, but he seems to be a hard-working person who knows all the work. The boy with the glasses, I think he is a student, is just standing there. Guest relation, she is a real brunette beauty and a cute person, but she seems a little excited when talking. If you ask her for something, she tries to do her best. The bellboys are generally nice, they don't hesitate to answer your questions and do extra work, and sometimes they even help with other tasks. The chef of the lobby bar is great and he loves his job, we can see that. He treats well to waiters working with him (a young girl and a boy with long hair), so they are also quite competent. Unlike him, evening chef is calmer, and the boy with the braided hair working next to him is very hardworking and practical. That's why I gave him the tip. People calm down and enjoy the piano being played in front of the evening lobby. The waiters working in the restaurant look very young, but they are very hardworking. Please don't let your chefs get angry with them. The food was generally nice and delicious. Turkish night meals were interesting delicacies for us. The snack bar usually serves fast food and is delicious. The bread of the baker woman working at the snack bar is very delicious. Animator Ros is a very cheerful person and loves to hug you when she sees you. Of course, the hotel is not ultra lux, but it has everything a hotel should be. The surrounding area is full of markets and transportation to the city center and the airport is very easy.

There was no music in the aqua park. The cakes at the bakery weren't fresh. The toilets in the pool were a little dirty. I was a little scared of the chef in the cafeteria too, looool :) But other things were great. We had fun during the holiday, had a good time and did not experience any problems. The service was nice. Everyone was good. I will recommend it to everyone. Even though the waiters are young, they are very hardworking and do their best. The animators were friendly and took very good care of us. I would like to thank them very much from here. Guest assistant girl is very cute and sweet. And she has a beautiful smile:)) The chef at the bar is my favorite person in the hotel. The baker woman at the Snack Restaurant gives off a authentic Turkish woman vibe. All in all, it was a very nice holiday, again and again.

This hotel is one of the hotels that should be preferred in Lara. The rooms are cleaned and organized every day. Food is good. The location is good, the surrounding area is a busy street and close to the airport. Our holiday was very nice, we did not experience any problems. We would like to thank guest relation Deniz for taking care of us.

We started our stay at Wind of Lara by being greeted with the receptionist who was unfriendly and rather curt. There was no offer of assistance with our bags to our room. Our room was at the end of the corridor which was fine, if the lights were working near our room. Again may not have been a huge issue but we were next to a fire door which wasn’t closed properly. Not the nicest of experience walking towards your room on pitch black with an open door. The room we stayed in was big and relatively clean. There is a need for some TLC within the room, wallpaper peeling off etc. the fist night, the bathroom door got jammed but reception sent someone up pretty quickly to help us out. The door however was never fixed. The bathroom needs some desperate TLC/refurbishment. The big shower head was not working and I’m questioning whether the towels were properly washed. The towels themselves were of poor quality.
The food at the Turkish night was really good, however after this the food options declined. The food we did eat was fine, it was the options available that were not very appetising. The hotel was closing in two weeks but this isn’t a good enough excuse as we were paying guests and having to purchase food outside of the hotel defeats the purpose of all inclusive. The pasta freshly prepared by the pasta chef and baklava were really good.
What was really irritating was being made to constantly move sun beds because the hotel staff decided to clean the floors. This happened on more than one occasion. I understand preparations were needed to dinner service but we were sat so far from the restaurant that it really wasn’t necessary. They could have waited rather than disturbing us. Defeats the purpose of being able to relax on holiday.
Overall the service was below average. There were some hotel staff that were good but overall the experience was not great. The bar staff in particular need to work on their mannerisms.
Don’t bother getting a taxi from reception, the prices are extortionate. There is a taxi stand at the end of the road at the bottom of the hotel, use this instead.
The hammam and massage was really good. However the overall spa experience wasn’t up to standard. No bathrobes provided. We were taken to a relaxation room and face mask was applied. The relaxation room was not relaxing because of all the noise, including the spa staff themselves. We were told to wash the face mask off in the changing room??? Never in all of my spa experiences have I come across this.
Maybe the overall experience and service was due end of season, it may be better during peak times. It wasn’t the worst experience but I wouldn’t stay here again. There are better hotels that you can get value for money from.
