We have just completed 11 nights at this hotel and have to say it’s been excellent. The room was big with plenty of space for us and very clean and comfortable. The food has been superb with the addition of the outside restaurant which was lovely. The pools are superb with everything catered for. The gym is excellent . Above all of this though is the staff who have been friendly and work tirelessly to make sure you have a great holiday. Special shout out to our favourite Miguel who was funny and always looked after us. The manager Enrique has done an outstanding job and accommodated us with a specific request. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

I would not recommend the hotel for couples. I think we have been the only couple without the kids at the hotel!

Do NOT recommend upgrading to Selection Club, it is totally waste of money if you not going to use the Concierge service. The room is no way better, with no view, and the mattress and pillows are very uncomfortable.
The condition and cleanliness of the facilities are disappointing.
The jacuzzi did not work through all our stay, and the swimming pool at the spa is asking desperately for cleaning!
The staff at bars are very unfriendly and unprofessional. We felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Which is the last thing you want on your holiday.
At hotels classified as 4* and higher, guests should not ask for attention or point out bad conditions of cleanliness. That should be a standard guest should expect.
After so many good reviews we have been very surprised, that the service and condition of the facilities did not correspond to the impression we have had from reviews.
But, the hotel offers an Excellent choice of food apart from snacks, which are more than below standard. The snacks choices are ham or cheese sandwiches on white bread. :-(
Great to swim in the semi-Olympic Pool! BUT until mid-September, there is a kid's water castle!

Just spent 7 nights at this hotel. Its situated in the perfect location with lots of shops restaurants and the beach on your doorstep.
The room was lovely, however they charged us 4 euros a day to rent a cot for our daughter. They told us at check in rather than putting it on their website when booking the holiday so parents are aware beforehand. We've never had to rent a cot before at any hotel.
The pools, play park and entertainment was perfect, lots of activities for kids.

Very nice hotel.. I would come back for sure! We liked the he food, especially in a la carte restaurant. Good drinks and coffee too :) people working here are very friendly..rooms are also good! I would recommend hotel for sure..only negative is that there is no heated outdoor pool

Nice and clean hotel room. Quiet AC with good control och temperature and fan speed. Kitchen with all you need. The kitchen fan was pretty noisy otherwise good. We had a room pretty close to the stairways so some noise came in via the door from people running and, shouting and stomping in the evening.
The pool area was clean and fun, especially for the kids. We grown-ups appreciated the quiet adult pool when the kids were at kids club. Really good people was working with the kids club and a lot of fun activities to choose from.
The hotel is really close to the beach, shops, supermarkets and good restaurants.
