I stayed here for 7 days and the location was brilliant! Really close to the beach and the hotel made for a good base to come back to. However.
The hotel could do with some major redecorating and deep cleaning. They have a problem with silver fish and my friend who stayed explained that they were coming from inside the walls. When I was cooking one evening, they were on the work surfaces. When I walked into the bathroom on my first night, not having used it yet, I could tell it hadn't been cleaned properly because there was hair and pubes on the shower walls and on the floor. There were some in the bed too. I cleaned as many as I could when I went to bed and the next day, all were gone.
Staff were lovely and friendly and allowed us to store our bags in reception on our last day as checkout was at 12pm. However during the week there were guests who were disruptive, (shouting and screaming at 2am) and then later on, the same guests, there was a case of abuse (throwing of furniture, screaming at 2am, swearing on the balcony). Reception were called but it was the guests who had to call the police and they were called twice. They should have been removed from the apartment when it happened the first time. My friend slept on my sofa because she didn't want to accidentally bump into the man who was aggressive.
When it rained, there was a leak in one of the corridors and there were flies in the apartments that were obviously attracted to the damp.
The pictures of the the hotel make it look clean, but on closer inspection it was about as clean as a hostel full of teenagers.
Other than that, the hotel was in a good location and the area was quiet. 20 minutes walk from a local beach, or a 2 minute car ride / €2 ride on Bolt. The kitchen was basic but ok. You will need to buy ingredients and dish soap with a sponge.

Great spacious rooms. The cleaning was a bit off as they didn't clean the floor much but the bed was well cleaned every day. Great location out of Portimao too! It comes with an outdoor pool an indoor and a kids pool. Also a restaurant be we didn't use it. One of the best hotels!

We stayed for 5 nights as part of a trip around Portugal & Andalucia. This was a great place to recharge after lots of travelling. The welcome was extremely friendly and we were given an abundance of information about the locality and places to visit which was great. Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We used the air con to warm the rooms in the evening (February). We were able to sit by the pool in the mornings before heading out to explore in our hire car. We also used the indoor pool that was small but nice for a quick dip. There is a good size car park. The low-season price was very reasonable.

Rooms are a good size, we had a family room. Cleaners are ok but would just tidy up. There was still bits of mess and beds only got made and not changed.

Nice hotel. Well located for both Alvor and Praia da Rocha. Rooms are apartments which are modern, very clean and spacious with a large terrace overlooking the pool. The Three Brothers restaurant next to the reception is reasonable and serves good food. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Both indoor and outdoor pools are great for the kids. There is a small supermarket and gym on site and tennis court. Plenty of car parking.
