My family and I spent a week (20th-27th Sep) at Vitor's Plaza and had a wonderful holiday. The resort was everything I could have hoped for. The accommodation was spacious and spotless and the facilities were fantastic - especially the pool, what a great pool. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the restaurant and bar was a really nice environment to be in. We ate at the hotel bar on 3 nights and the food was fantastic. We also ventured off resort and had some wonderful meals out in Alvor. For us this was easily walkable, but we also utilised Uber of which there were plenty, and always arrived at the hotel within 5 mins and only cost 3-4 euros. There is a lovely bakery and Supermarket only a 15 minute walk from the hotel, on the way to Alvor if you need to do a big shop for your stay, but you also have the fantastic Mini Market on-site which stocks most essentials. There is a shuttle service to the beach, which was excellent and the driver gave us so much information about the area. Transport and tour guide in one, can't remember his name (he lives in Alvor), but he was so welcoming, and informative - thankyou. We were so sad to leave, it was a wonderful holiday, lovely country, lovely resort, fantastic staff - who went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. A massive thankyou to all at Vitor's Plaza for looking after us all so well. My perfect holiday.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Lovely stay and friendly staff. My only issue was lack of buffet options and not enough variety besides chips for kids to enjoy only breakfast was superb. Rooms could do with a refurb but overall very nice. Walls are thin though. Huge balcony- my child had a small paddling pool out on it. The sunbeds are a bit close to each other around the pool but depends on what you like in terms of space. We walked to a huge supermarket nearby at the end but honestly I wish we went sooner instead of the shop on site. Overall very good stay. I would come back

A short distance from Alvor but it's only €5 with Uber, apartments are very spacious and decent size balcony, pool is big enough, plenty of sun loungers, very clean public areas, and apartments are cleaned every second day, would definitely recommend

We chose this location for the pool and what we had hoped would be a quiet relaxing end to our tour of Europe. The pool was very nice, a little cold but very nice, the room had an odd smell but was large and comfortable. The room has a kitchen, but it lacked dish towels or soap to wash the dishes, you have to buy them from the onsite store. There are no towels for the pool so we were forced to buy three for 10E each only to have to leave them there when we left, that was really disappointing. How hard is it to give three pool towels? The Breakfast was great day one...then after seeing the exact same spread everyday we were disappointed, no change ever... The food at the pool bar was terrible...we couldn't eat it if you don't line up at 9am for a pool chair you won't get one, they will be taken with towels and even though the front desk says the enforce the no hold policy, we watched, they don't. I saw three guests holding five chairs. There are smokers everywhere, we even saw a pregnant woman smoking next to her kids, smokers should be asked to leave the pool to smoke and not do it around the kids The noise at the bar and pool goes past 11pm and is awful, kids screaming and loud announcer that echoes throughout the whole grounds The location is good but you need a car, nothing good is in walking distance, they do provide a shuttle but it is very limited and small The front desk hosts were nice but indifferent except Fatima who was the best, she was the only one that we felt truly cared about us. It think that this is a 2.5-3 star place, not the 4 star that they claim to be

I'm writing on behalf of my friend and her family. They had been staying there for a while and everything seemed well. I thought they were safe and was shocked to hear that the property manager was physically abusive towards them. While I don't know the whole story, please look in to this. This issue has caused me great concern and made me question visiting.
