We chose this location for the pool and what we had hoped would be a quiet relaxing end to our tour of Europe.
The pool was very nice, a little cold but very nice, the room had an odd smell but was large and comfortable.
The room has a kitchen, but it lacked dish towels or soap to wash the dishes, you have to buy them from the onsite store.
There are no towels for the pool so we were forced to buy three for 10E each only to have to leave them there when we left, that was really disappointing. How hard is it to give three pool towels?
The Breakfast was great day one...then after seeing the exact same spread everyday we were disappointed, no change ever...
The food at the pool bar was terrible...we couldn't eat it
if you don't line up at 9am for a pool chair you won't get one, they will be taken with towels and even though the front desk says the enforce the no hold policy, we watched, they don't. I saw three guests holding five chairs.
There are smokers everywhere, we even saw a pregnant woman smoking next to her kids, smokers should be asked to leave the pool to smoke and not do it around the kids
The noise at the bar and pool goes past 11pm and is awful, kids screaming and loud announcer that echoes throughout the whole grounds
The location is good but you need a car, nothing good is in walking distance, they do provide a shuttle but it is very limited and small
The front desk hosts were nice but indifferent except Fatima who was the best, she was the only one that we felt truly cared about us.
It think that this is a 2.5-3 star place, not the 4 star that they claim to be

Liked it, big rooms, clean, kitchen with almost everything you need. Ac in every room. Big pool, good temperature. Parking on site, self laundry on site, minimarket and game room on site. Good for families with children. Enough sunbeds at pool.

We have just come back from Vitors Plaza yesterday and I’ve got to say I can’t fault anything at all. The hotel is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are lovely and welcoming. We were a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) they was brilliant with the kids too. The rooms are extremely spacious with everything you need, the food at the snack bar was really nice and reasonably priced. The breakfast we paid for every morning and again we thought it was ok we all liked something. The pool is gated which is great you’re guaranteed to get a bed around the pool. Location: was a little further out but we had no trouble with getting Ubers at little cost into Alvor. We tried different restaurants every night and each one was absolutely amazing! We are already looking to come back in October! Thanks for an amazing stay! Anyone looking to book would not be disappointed 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The staff is very pleasant and attentive. I didn't really like the stay. It was unpleasant on the second day. There was no hot water. I had to wait until the next day for them to solve the same problem again. The hotel is very old and boring. I will definitely not return.

Just back from a wonderful holiday at Vitor Plaza. From the staff, to the cleanliness’s and weather 😊 we’re just excellent. With the weather being incredibly hot it may be worthwhile having aircon in the bar area, as we were melting at the karaoke on Saturday evening. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant and bar area are not great at all, actually very disappointing especially with the prices. We ate out every other night and there is certainly loads to choose from very close by.
