Liked it, big rooms, clean, kitchen with almost everything you need. Ac in every room. Big pool, good temperature. Parking on site, self laundry on site, minimarket and game room on site. Good for families with children. Enough sunbeds at pool.

I visited Vitor Plaza last September with a friend and my daughter who was 3 at the time, we didn't arrive till 2am and we were given a warm welcome, when we got to our room it was lovely with a great view the staff are really friendly, I'd never been abroad before so didn't really know what to expect but it was an amazing experience. Whilst there my friend fell and cut her finger open and the staff were brilliant doing all they could to assist her. I love the fact that they have transport to the beach and town, it's not exactly a mini bus but rather a large taxi that seats about 6 I think, we also got a map and if we needed to go anywhere the reception staff were really helpful. I would've liked maybe some coffee sachets and milk as we couldn't have a drink with the time we arrived and the cooker was quite confusing but soon worked it out. Other then them few things I loved it that much im going back this year in August

WiFi is barely working, very slow and patchy.
Rooms are old.
No questions answered at the front desk - refused to share his name. He sounded like it was his first day. Poor English.
When asked a question, no answer followed by an immediate request to pay whatever fees they made up and never communicated about.
No email or phone number is working for customer service or to ask questions in advance. No one responds to the emails either.
Gyms are by appointments only and booked out 2 days in advance.
Shuttle is very limited space and only a couple times a day.
Hair dryer stopped working 2 min after started use.
Mini market has 2hr lunch in 7-8hrs business hours window. Must have worked very hard.
No guidance on where the room is at the check in. Just the key and off you go.
Electricity appears non working upon entrance. No communication on how to properly get it to work.
Shower gel and shampoo is 2in1, very cheap and poor quality. No hair conditioner.
All that considering the price of close to $600 per night. Spend your money elsewhere.

Just back from a wonderful holiday at Vitor Plaza. From the staff, to the cleanliness’s and weather 😊 we’re just excellent. With the weather being incredibly hot it may be worthwhile having aircon in the bar area, as we were melting at the karaoke on Saturday evening. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant and bar area are not great at all, actually very disappointing especially with the prices. We ate out every other night and there is certainly loads to choose from very close by.

I stayed here for my birthday and had such a nice stay, firstly we was greeted by the receptionist who was really nice and helpful. Our room was massive and had comfy beds and a big kitchen, lounge area and balcony . The location to the town wasn’t far in a taxi and was really cheap! I would recommend this hotel and ignore any bad reviews as it is an excellent Hotel! Would definitely stay here again, thank you ☺️
