The hotel was great, the staff were polite & welcoming & the accommodations are on the whole kept to a good standard.
The breakfast was delicious & the range available was vast & plentiful.
The mattress was comfortable, once turned! Unfortunately the protector sheet & fitted sheet were too small for the mattress, so we found ourselves constantly having to remake the bed & fix it if we got up overnight, we stayed 11 nights & did not have our bedding changed within this time, however our towels were changed midway.
Otherwise, the housekeeping service was efficient, and I would rate it 4 stars for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment in my room. Additionally, the WiFi connection was satisfactory, also receiving a 4-star rating.
There was loud music played at the pool bar area from around 10.30 until 6pm each day, with only a few playlist options, so we heard music being repeatedly played every 45 minutes or so. It would have been acceptable & tolerated far better had the loud music been for e.g. aqua-fit classes 45 minute sessions, once or twice per day with the volume reduced to background music at other times; this would have been far more conducive for conversation and for the enjoyment & relaxation of those perhaps wanting to read, enjoy peace on their balcony, etc. I did call the front desk on two occasions to ask for the music to be turned down, the volume did not noticeably reduce, for more than 5 minutes, so did not see the point in further requests being made. So, if loud repetitious music is not for you, I would recommend requesting a garden view room, rather than poolside, or seeking alternative accommodation.
As a teenager of the 1980’s I generally liked most of the songs on the playlist, now I think if I hear Cindy Lauper or Bonnie Tyler sing again I’ll need treatment for PTSD, ‘this girl just wanna have peace!’ Thankfully, we had hired a car & we were able to get out; but if we were in during the day we ended up sitting inside with the windows & patio doors closed - not how we imagined our holiday really.
VitalClass is a lovely place & it is in a really good location for exploring the island; I so wanted to enjoy the accommodation more, but I was unable to concentrate on a book or a crossword or get any sense of peace & relaxation during daylight hours!
Such a shame, if I was guaranteed that the music situation would be addressed I would definitely return there, but for me this would be an absolute dealbreaker otherwise

Our stay at VitalClass in Teguise has been amazing! We were pleasantly surprised with how diverse each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was - we never had to worry about where to eat. Also, because we paid for the all-inclusive, we had access to the gym and spa, both of which were very worth it. Location-wise, we were only a few minutes walk away from the beach, as well as different restaurants and shops - including souvenir shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, there were snack baskets in the lobby, and everyday there was a different show after dinner to enjoy; our personal favourite were the incredible Flamenco dancers. The only thing to be said was that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved, but we liked the decorations. Overall, a wonderful place to rest for people of all ages, regardless of your reason for travel. Would reccomend!

Just got back from an amazing stay at Vitalclass in Teguise! 🌟 The room cleaning service was superb, always spotless and the hotel staff were very accomadating and welcoming. My son who is very shy left their best friend and knew a few Spanish words once we left! The breakfast. lunch and dinner buffets had a lot of variety with so many tasty options to choose from as well as cocktails and drinks provided. Plus, the Wi-Fi connection was super reliable throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Thank you Vitalclass for making our stay so rememerable and we look forward to visiting again.

This is my opinion.
Just returned from 11 night all inclusive stay at the vital class.
After revisiting reception as we were placed in a room next to the children's pool. The manager was very accommodating and provided us with a much better room away from the hustle bustle with a few steps to the sunbeds. The food was good with plenty of choice for all. The location was ok with a walk to local shops, supermarket and cafes and about maximum of 30 minute walk to the centre of town. Limited option on local drinks on all inclusive.
Staff were pleasant and nothing was any trouble.
Thank you Vitalclass

I found a cockroach in my room. I was only half board. So we’d bought a pizza for dinner. But when I opened it there was a cockroach in it🤮🤢🤮
And when we checked out they thought they had to tell us 4 times if we wanted to have lunch before we left we had to pay for it. Like ok, we got it the first time.
And I gave the key early at 11. Checkout was 12. But an hour and half later remembered I left my rings in the room. So the guy at reception gave me a key to go back and check. Room had already been half cleaned. No rings to be found and no cleaner. When I tried to find out from reception why is there a problem locating the cleaner, as another hour had gone by since I was asking about her, when they finally found her, instead of just giving me my rings with an apology of it being late, they tried to twist it asking me why I still had a key when checkout was at 12. It’s now 1.30. I’d given keys in 2 and half hours before that! The cheek!!!!
And they kept trying to charge us for drinks with the food before we’d even eaten. Even tho we kept telling them we’re not having drinks.
