The best hotel I've never been to before – absolutely perfect from beginning to end!
The lady at the reception desk was incredibly friendly, and we were even welcomed with drinks upon arrival. Our room was huge, offering plenty of space and comfort.
There was lots of room in the pool, so it never felt crowded. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety of food – and yes, it even included champagne! 😳😎
The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful – just perfect if you're looking to relax.
I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Oh, and I almost forgot... I was surprised with a slice of birthday cake and a bottle of champagne delivered to our room – what a treat! 🎉❤️

We had an excellent stay but as always is the case, I think there is room for improvement in this otherwise excellent hotel.
I think it would be great if you could add Indian cuisine for one of the evenings, I think it would be a great hit and give more choice to the customers.
Also I think the SPA pool should have more time slots for kids rather than only once a week as it is only on Mondays and flight times vary and kids can miss the one slot they have per week.
All in all a very pleasant experience and will surely come back again. Thanks. 👍

Fantastic stay at Vincci Seleccion for our Honeymoon.
Everything was five star from the moment we arrived to check out time, our room was great, hot tub is brilliant, really comfortable bed, had a leak from our Air Conditioning on our third day that was promptly repaired by the staff.
We really enjoyed the Italian restaurant on numerous occasions, really tasty food, would recommend it over the buffet. Some entertainment at the evening bar for longer hours would be a nice touch as often sitting quietly enjoying cocktails, live music past dinner time would be great. Davide at the evening bar is a credit to the hotel & makes really good cocktails! Enjoyed the pool bar for lunch, nice cocktails & great menu to enjoy.
We visited the spa on one occasion and paid for the full circuit, which was really enjoyable, private pool, followed by the plunge pool and the outdoor spa pool which is lovely and quiet, staff were excellent.
Really enjoyed our two weeks and didn't want to leave! Will hopefully be back in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms and public areas were spotless, and the food was consistently good. We had breakfast at the hotel and ate daily at the poolside restaurant. The staff from reception to the breakfast buffet, poolside restaurant, and bar were absolutely amazing and made our experience truly memorable. Special thanks to Angela, Benjamin, and a lovely blonde lady from the restaurant/bar team, though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, she was clearly a favourite among many guests by the pool. Their hard work and friendly service really stood out.
We did have one minor issue when a housekeeping staff member scolded us repeatedly in Spanish about some plastic bottles my son had mistakenly placed in the non-recycling bin. I apologised immediately and explained the recycling rules to my son. I understand these issues can be challenging for staff to manage, but despite my apologies, the staff member continued to scold us during that encounter.
Aside from this, everything was perfect. The hotel is excellent, and we will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work!

Cannot fault this hotel. The location is great, the hotel itself is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly want from a 5 star establishment. The staff are absolutely fantastic, they are all happy, accommodating and really cannot do enough for you. We stayed in a Villa which was amazing. The food was delicious with a vast selection for breakfast and a different buffet theme each night. Definitely recommend!
