My Girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Vincci Malaga, and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. What truly set this hotel apart for us was the exceptional service provided by the front of house staff, particularly Isabel, David and Adrian.
From the moment we arrived, Isabel and David at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in process. They took their time to provide recommendations on the best local attractions making sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Isabel and David were always there to lend a helping hand with a genuine and friendly demeanor.
During our time at the hotel, we had the opportunity to interact with Adrian, one of the concierges. His knowledge of the area and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Whether we needed assistance with room service, securing a dinner reservation, or arranging transportation,
The hotel itself is beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and a stunning coastal view from the rooftop terrace. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing oasis after a day of exploring the city.
Overall, our experience at the Hotle Vincci Malaga was simply exceptional, and I attribute a large part of that to the outstanding service provided by Isabel, Adrian, and David. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is truly commendable and sets this hotel apart as a must-visit destination in Malaga. Vincci Hotels are more dependable & consistent in this part of the Costa Del Sol than some others we have tried recently. This one especially so. Service is absolutely faultless in every way.
Some internal features such as the light fittings are beginning to look a bit dated in such an othetwise modern Hotel, but the comfort and convenience on offer mean that it's scarcely relevant.

Very nice hotel. A charming view of the sea. Breakfast is great, but I missed fresh vegetables. Location away from the center...in a quiet peaceful area. With cafes in the area. A slow 35 min walk to the center.

I always make it a point during my travels to help another traveler make the right choice and decision. Hotel Vincci Malaga is truly and honestly one of my favorites in the world! Upon checking in, we were welcomed by Paula, Isabelle and David the intern who ai personally think should be working there permanently for his gleaming smile and very helpful demeanor! But is doesn't stop there, Paula and Isa had experience and service fit for a six star hotel and yes they do exists! But what I found more amazing is the consistency of world class hospitality even the staff the next day where Sharon and Adrian also extended the warm Spanish Hospitality with their outstanding service! They all made me feel very at home! i truly believe Christina the General Manager has a gem of a staff truly to be proud of! And thats only the service! The rooms were beautiful and very clean and lovely amenities with in the room. They have an outstanding breakfast in the restaurant bar. They include welcome drink tickets upon your arrival. They have a pool and also have parking. The location is so lovely which is across the street from the beach and just minutes away from the town proper! I, without any hesitation or a hint of doubt, highly recommend Vincci Malaga hotel to all visiting Malaga, the city with a beautiful reason for its existence and tell them Richard sent you!

The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are not properly cleaned. Tv doesn’t work. Front desk staff is friendly and Marivi, she’s is great to talk to, the restaurant staff along with bar staff are amazing. The food in restaurant is delicious. Highly recommend the restaurant in this hotel.
