We had an amazing weeks stay at villa mandi golf resort. 3 adults, 4 kids and a baby. Staff were amazing. The kids entertainment team were fab. There was always something going on around the pool area and there were plenty of sun beds available. The rooms were lovely. They were clean, spacious and the beds were comfy. The cleaners came in 6 days out of 7. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet family holiday. It is a bit of a walk to the main strip but taxis were easy to get and not very expensive.

We went here a couple years ago and the food and staff were lovely the pools are amazing and to have free access to siam Park with this hotel makes it even better. the location is OK however quite far from beach for my liking. The room we go was comfortable but they was so many cockaroachs as we was on ground floor that we asked to be moved but they didn't have any space available. All in all this is a great hotel for family's.

Just back from a 10 night stay over Christmas. I was quite worried after reading some reviews beforehand. Needn't have been though. Firstly the room was clean, tidy and spacious. Rooms were cleaned daily, with towels and bedding replaced - just make sure not the press the 'do not disturb' button by the keycard slot! We did this by accident and therefore missed a clean that day. All Inclusive was good - breakfast a bit samey, but lunch/dinner was always different. We never struggled to find something to eat and had two chidren with us aswell, that never went hungry. Drinks - yes the soft drinks do taste different, but then they're not branded so they're not going to be brilliant. Again, no issues for us. Alcohol, i wouldn't say was watered down at all - i can't remember walking back to room after a few vodka lemons one afternoon 😅. Entertainment was good ,- team worked hard to make sure everyone was entertained. All inclusive finishes at 11pm, but that wasn't a problem as we were ready for bed by then anyway. Little walk to the beach - took 4 adults, 2 13 year olds and a 9 year old around 20 minutes. Taxis around 5-7 euro each way. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at villa mandi. I think some people go with the expectations of a 5 star hotel, bit forget it is not, its a 3. If you're not one of these, you will not be disappointed.

Stayed from rest week of December self catering rooms are very nice and clean there are sufficient amenities in the room to cook. We did pay for breakfast but it’s not that good most of the food is Luke warm it’s cheaper to go to supermarket about 20 minit walk . The staff at the hotel are nice and helpful. We had Siam park entrance included and that was fantastic the complimentary bus takes you from outside hotel . There are 2 small pools which are ok but I imagine would be a nightmare in the summer holidays as there isn’t enough sun loungers or room . I would say the hotel is a 3 star but sill nice but the food is quite bad . Overall I would visit again but only in low season when it’s not busy .

We had a fabulous time at the resort, we went self catering and our apartment had all we required. A small supermarket on site and a huge on ten minutes walk away, the beach is approximately 30 minutes walk, but it's a nice walk in the sun and there are cafes and shops at about 20 minutes. There is an all inclusive option which families appeared to be enjoying. A kids club, two adult/family pools and a kiddies pool. The staff were very nice at the hotel. There is some beautiful food and drink in America's and such a variety. Our Tui reps were very helpful.
