Avoid. They will lie and lie to you again. There is no warning or info about restricted hot water. We had hot water for 2 minutes in the evening only and 2 minutes in the morning, thats it, and not just us, other guests too which we talked to at breakfast. Misinformed and lied by staff about this situation, been told its due to draught in the Algarve and another staff saying its how the system works there is only 30L of hot water before boiler needs to recharge. Both were not right, we couldn't take even one full shower (5-minutes). Other negatives: difficult to find the room, hard uncomfortable beds, no extra blankets in the room in cold season, no bin in the room, provided a smelly dirty extra duvet on request, doors were hard to close, room phone didn't work, hard to find reception number, poor breakfast: very bad coffee and food was lacking.

We enjoyed our stay and feel like we could have spend more time . Stay was super spacious and location was great too .
Only thing i would suggest to management is to please arrange some basic groceries like cooking oil , sugar , coffee etc because this was something we missed as we were expected to get in the apartment . Rest everything was 10/10

I had a pleasant stay at Vila Branca. I had a studio apartment which was more spacious than I was expecting. I felt there could be some improvements to make the room better; the terrace was very large but it was quite exposed and there was very little shade so I couldn't use it for most of the afternoon. A parasol could be provided. The room was modern but quite basic and some simple touches like a lamp, plants, wall prints and headboards on the beds would make it feel more homely. There was no washing up liquid in the apartment so I had to buy a whole bottle and only used a small amount for my stay which felt like a waste. I think this should have been provided, like soap and shampoo is.

Good place in general, swimming pools were lovely! Apartment was spacious with almost full kitchenette which was completely fine. We found that the beds were a little hard but nothing we didn't get used to after a week there. They have cleaners come daily to your apartments, I thought this was great but then the floors never seemed to have been brushed or mopped. But either way didn't bother us too much. We didn't eat at the restaurant here as it was just pizza or pasta and breakfast is just continental with eggs, beans and Sausages as optional extras. Alright hotel, located about a 20 minute walk from town and 15 minute walk to a large beach with bars. Would stay here again as generally everything was good.

We had a fantastic trip here, location is perfect for getting everywhere, staff very friendly, villa was fantastic the only two things I'd suggest looking into is
1. Baby cot, they can only tell you when you arrive if there will be a cot in your room but no parent can risk arriving without a cot to be told there won't be one, so we brought ours and then there was a cot in the room, if you can only tell guests when they arrive I'd probably not offer one because its too big of a risk.
2. Something in the Villa for the ants would have been good to get rid of them, like a bottle of vinegar or peppermint provided so we didn't have to buy anything ourselves.
Other than that it was absolutely fantastic though.
