We stayed 4 nights over the Easter holidays. The hotel is just great. It's got everything you need and more - reasonably priced restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, play rooms, exceptional well looked after grounds, playing areas for kids, etc.
The location is great. It's near all the local must-see places, but located in a nice quiet neighbourhood.
We stayed in a spacious room 301 with a garden view. We liked everything about it, especially the view from a balcony in the evenings. The members of staff are brilliant, a big thank you to a reception team that made our stay enjoyable. The only suggestion would be to have a safe box big enough to accommodate laptops 14 inches at least as currently you can only use it for 13 inches max.
We will definitely come back!
Tip: use Uber taxi for any local travel - the prices are very cheap. For example: around 4 euros to get to the Old town or to the beach from Vila Petra.

Well what can I say only, THANK YOU ALL so very much for an amazing stay. Each and every memeber of staff have been amazing, friendly, approachable and above all, extremely professional. Nothing was ever any trouble, especially Sofia on reception. Any queries we had, she dealt with straight away, with a big smile. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you for the great memories. Keep up the amazing work 👏🏻 💚☘️🥂🥳

A very nice hotel, self-catering rooms were excellent. It has a daily cleaning service, with a lovely lady who is very efficient. It has a massive outdoor pool, and the gardens are well maintained. It has the usual bars & restaurant facilities. The bartender David is nice & friendly & will look after you.

We stayed in a self catering apartment.
Decent size. Bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom/sitting room. Daily cleaning available.
Hotel about 15 minutes away from the beach. Within a 5 minute walk of the Strip, which wasn't our cup of tea. Very tacky, even in March!! We preferred walking to Old Town Albufeira, though this was very commercialised and geared up for British tourists.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Would stay in an apartment again too. A Lidl supermarket close by to stock up on essentials.
Hotel has a restaurant, bar, indoor and outdoor pools.

Mixed experience at the hotel. On entrance and initial stay the hotel, staff and amenities were on point. The cocktails and bar snacks were very tasty. Unfortunately (and a known problem by the staff) was the significant damp issue we had in our room and subsequently all our clothes. Regardless of us attempting to ventilate the toon with the doors open or using the AC, having no extractor fan in the bathroom meant that our clothes were significantly damp. My recommendation is to make this known to the guests prior to and give recommendations on how best to mitigate this.
