Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We went B&B only, but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything from fresh fruit up to a traditional fry-up. Everyone was catered for. The hotel was spotless, including pool and bar areas. Very convenient location for walking into the Old Town, or down to the zoo known as 'The Strip'! A tourist train stops outside if you don't fancy a walk. Plenty of local restaurants and fast-food places nearby also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A fantastic stay, returning to Albufeira and also Cerro Alagoa after 10 years. The staff have changed in that time, but their attention to detail and ability to go above and beyond made the stay a memorable one. We opted for roadside rooms instead of our usual pool/sea view, and they were clean and quiet. The breakfast is something special!
A special mention for Sammy and Tiago in reception who were so helpful, and arranged a late checkout for us at very short notice. This was despite the hotel almost being at full occupancy. And also a special mention for the bar staff Peri and Paulo for the late night drinks and chats.

It's a great location right in the center of town. Super convenient. Great spa facilities. Clean unit. It's not modern but it doesn't matter because of other good things make up for it. Great staff. I came to this hotel/resort unit last year and I chose to come back again this year. I have a timeshare unit so I don't know what the hotel rooms look like. But overall a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here for a golfing holiday in April 2025. Handy central location, Uber taxis to old town and strip around 4 euros one way. Good selection of food for breakfast, on site bar has regular entertainment. Didn't use the pool or spa facilities so can't comment, but we would stay here again. Keep up the good work.

Just back from a week’s stay at this hotel. On the plus side the hotel is clean and the pool area is nice.
What totally spoiled our holiday was the large groups of noisy men staying at the hotel. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and outside bar and groups sat drinking and shouting practically all day until the bar closed. At one point a football team were staying and these were very rowdy with lots of swearing. Not appropriate when children were staying. During the power outage they were drinking beer from bottles around the kids pool. Iniformed management and this was stopped. Another guest spoke to them about the swearing around children and she was verbally abused.
We did not expect this on a holiday, it was more like an 18 to 30 holiday of old.
The indoor bar area was dark and depressing and could do with a refurbishment. The one evening that did have entertainment, a singer, wasn’t very good.
