On arrival the staff were very welcoming, check in was easy enough and the hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere. Room was lovely, nice view of the sea and had a fridge, iron, hairdryer, kettle and a tv with a few English channels on. The food here is wonderful and so much choice everyday. The beach is probably 300m walk and has sunbeds to lay on, no charge. Lovely beach and clean. Free parking. My reason for only three stars for what is a lovely hotel is that for one our towels were not changed once during our stay. Also the drinks we had on arrival were disgusting and expensive so we paid over the odds for something that we didn’t enjoy. There is a shop here but it’s so expensive so my advice is to visit the supermarket over the road which is literally half the price and you’ll get more for your money there. We bought drinks and snacks etc there and just sat on the balcony and had them in the evening after dinner. Never had a drink with dinner due to the fact they tasted so bad and also they leave bottles of beer unopened and left to go flat right next to the waste food bin at dinner. It’s also noisy at night, so hard to sleep until late when it stops. I wouldn’t visit again but apart from the negatives it’s not a bad hotel at all.

Despite our overall positive experience at this 4-star Greek hotel during our family holiday last week, an unfortunate incident left us feeling upset and disappointed. This was our second visit to the hotel, as my parents had previously enjoyed their stay there and invited us to join them this time. However, on the second day of our holiday, we discovered that my father's wallet, containing a significant amount of money, had been stolen from our room while we were present.
The incident was deeply shocking, especially considering that it happened within the confines of the hotel. To make matters worse, when we reported the theft to the front office, it seemed as though they didn't believe us initially. We had to return the following day to confirm the disappearance of the wallet and establish that only the maid had access to our room. Although they eventually read the lock, we were never informed about the outcome, and the management never reached out to offer any support or reassurance.
Despite the unfortunate circumstances, we must commend the fantastic restaurant team who went above and beyond to help us during this difficult time. They were truly great people and wonderful hosts, going out of their way to ensure our dining experiences were enjoyable. Their hospitality made a positive impact, and we appreciated their efforts in light of the challenging situation.
It is regrettable that the incident marred our overall impression of the hotel. We hope that the management takes the necessary measures to address such incidents promptly and ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. Despite this setback, we managed to find some solace in the remarkable service provided by the restaurant team. We sincerely hope that future guests have a more positive and trouble-free experience at the hotel

It's a very decent all-inclusive hotel in Crete with primarily European clientele (August 2023).
Advantages:
- Very good location and access from both Chania and Heraklion airport.
- An excellent sandy beach with easy and gradual access to sea and morning walks. Warm sea temperatures (compared to some other locations around Chania we tested).
- Great restaurant/service with a variety of food options. Live performances / music in the evening.
Some disadvantages:
- Somewhat limited territory with relatively small swimming pools. So much so that the restaurant terrace is directly adjacent to the main pool, which is not a problem by itself, but feels a bit crowded.

Good hotel , well located, and with many options
We met wonderful people working there:
Ms Roula and Ms Georgia
Not good points:
They charge you 6€ for a bucket of ice delivered to your room, and 6€ to use beach chairs.

This is Ryanair among hotels. Stuff is concentrated only on charging you extra for anything. You will even not get tap water during meals - you have to buy bottled water priced higher than in the plane.
This atmosphere of stuff popping up everywhere to charge you extra is killing pleasure of being there. Even fantastic kitchen they mamy be proud of is not able to improve overall impression.
