Lovely location, stunning beaches and when we were there very quiet. The hotel was being refurbished for the new season, so will only get better! The room was very clean and spacious, the food good ( but not as varied as we had seen on other all inclusive holidays) and the staff were the friendliest we have come across anywhere! Absolutely top rate! Wonderful 😊👌

This hotel has great facilities, the rooms were excellent (although we were told the air conditioning wasn't able to be put on as it was out of season, the hotel was so hot!), the food selection was very good and they did cater for some dietary requirements. Drink wise, I was very impressed, all branded and a big selection if on all inclusive. Service was always good, staff are very friendly. The beach is close and was lovely, we could walk in just over 5 minutes but there are 2 lots of stairs the way we went, just so people know. Zoomarine was 25 minutes away, there is a good hotel shop but a big supermarket 5 minute walk. There are also some local cafes and restaurants near by. Algarve Shopping was about 25 minutes also. We used Ubers, much cheaper than local taxis. Rooms were serviced every day.
It was about an hour from the airport.
Kids club and swimming pools were good, just freezing cold but it was April! Entertainment in the evening, I'll just say "yeah yeah yeah".
We had 2 issues during our stay.
1) Other guests. People coming back to their rooms very late at night and having no consideration for others (I'm talking 11.30pm onwards) talking, shouting and banging bedrooms doors and then very early in the morning, parents letting their kids run up and done corridors with out a thought for other guests (there are plenty of areas for kids to play in, a corridor at 6.30am is not one of them, I'm not blaming the kids here, it's the parents). I don't understand why people don't think of others.
2) For 2.5 days the hotel was overrun by a Portuguese teenage football tournament (about 250 of them). They were very loud, you couldn't use the public areas and again, they had no respect for others. The hotel did speak to their coaches (who seemed to just leave the kids to it!) and it was better on the second night but this had an effect on the last 2 days of our holiday.
The hotel was really great and I would stay here again as long as there is no football team and I would also speak to the hotel about the loud guests.

This is a great location, with lovely, friendly staff. The room was fine apart from the twin beds pushed together and the all inclusive food was fine too, just very busy and noisy. We enjoyed some of the entertainment and thankfully arrived, and left before the school holiday crowd 😀

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for a family holiday, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We got there earlier than check-in time, and while they weren’t obligated to accommodate us, they kindly gave us a call as soon as a room became available—a thoughtful touch that started our holiday on the right note.
The staff at this hotel are outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the kids’ club team, who truly deserve recognition. They work long hours, yet their energy and enthusiasm never waver. They did an amazing job keeping the children entertained, and their dedication was clear to see.
As for the hotel itself, it is spotless—and I mean spotless! Housekeeping was excellent, with our room cleaned and refreshed daily. The pool was also well-maintained, and the kids had a great time. The only downside was that the slides and kiddie area were closed for renovations, which was a little disappointing, but we understand these things need to be done.
One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the beach, which is just a stone’s throw away. It’s a breathtaking spot with soft golden sand and the most beautiful little cave. Hidden within it is a passage leading to another secluded beach—a true hidden gem. The whole scene is picture-perfect, making it an ideal place to relax and soak in the natural beauty.
The only aspect that could be improved is the food. While some meals were lovely, others were a bit underwhelming. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t consistently great either.
That said, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway. The service, cleanliness, and family-friendly atmosphere make it a great choice for a relaxing holiday. Plus, with that stunning beach just moments away, it’s the perfect destination for making unforgettable memories.

Beautiful hotel and pleasant staff. Rooms are immaculate. Unfortunately the location is poor. There’s nothing to do outside the hotel unless you have a game of ‘peeky boo’ with the cliffs. This resort is great for families and the elderly and not for couples.
