The hotel is located in a great location, you have the feeling that the mountain is hugging you while your feet are immersed in the sea. Everything is very clean, the staff is kind and responsive, starting from the reception, passing through the waiters in the restaurants, to the workers in the SPA center - everyone is great. The ladies in the SPA center are highly qualified specialists from Thailand and Bali, after each of their massages we felt like new people. The animators are very funny, every evening the shows were interesting and entertaining, and the children liked the children's entertainment and the aqua park. The food is a bit monotonous, but it is delicious.

Hotel is good and is situated in a great location by the sea with use of the beach. Rooms are ok however could do with a refurbished very soon. Unfortunately, housekeeping service was inconsistent, as our room was not cleaned for two days until we requested it.
The dining experience was passable but could be improved. A wider variety of options, better quality and presentation, and the addition of food labels would greatly enhance the experience. Cross-contamination between vegetables and meats was also a concern that needs attention.
Plenty of staff and very attentive when clearing tables with most of them being polite and friendly.

My overall experience of this hotel unfortunately was not 5 starts.
1- key card to access the room never worked, I had to go to the reception every single time to reset the card.
2- The food was mediocre, repetitive and tasteless. Barbecue chicken every single day. I would expect some sea food as the sea is steps from barbecue.
3- Rooms dirty every single day, blankets instead of bedsheets on hot days?! Why?
4- Using customers as a form of entertainment by the man with microphone?! Couples games as entertainment not appropriate for families with small children.
5- water park monitored by lifeguards that have no concept of safety. 6 kids going on slide at same time.
6- Bar/cocktails that didn’t really taste great.
7- Staff stressed about their manager always micromanaging every .
The only great thing about this hotel unfortunately is the locations is absolutely stunning.

The resort had Very good views looking into the town across the water, bartenders and all staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Entertaining activities happen every night. Rooms are very good beds are really comfortable and pillows are fluffy. Had no trouble sleeping. Also if your a cat person you’ll love it here cats are everywhere

The place itself is stunning, really beautiful. Great for family's and couples. The sea is crystal clear and the 2 floating pontoons are great fun to swim to and dive or jump off.
Our room was nice and clean but needed updating slightly. Thank you.
