Holidayed here beginning of April. Lovely big rooms. Very clean. Maids happy to help. Food was very good with lots of choice. The pool areas were clean and tidy. Sun beds were saved, but nothing was said, even though it states no saving of sunbeds! The small pool was slightly heated. The downside for me was access to the beach. It's a very steep walk down, and the steps were high, so coming back up was hard work. The beach had lots of black stones which you had to walk over to get to the sea and it wasn't easy. Still a lovely time had by all especially the little ones with all the kids entertainment. All staff were nice and helpful.

We love this resort. Been there twice and my son wants to go again!
The best part is the range of activities through out the day that cater to all family members with varied interests. The evening entertainment was superb and very high quality, well choreographed.
Only downside is that it’s a bit far from the airport and other tourist areas if you want to go out.

TUI Magic Life Fuerteventura is a great all-inclusive resort, especially if you enjoy staying active. The rooms are spacious, though a little dated, but the friendly and helpful staff really make the experience better.
There’s plenty to do with activities like tennis, archery and cycling, and having direct access to the beach is a big plus. The all-inclusive setup is convenient with drinks included (and premium options available), although the buffet can feel a bit limited at times.
Overall, it’s a fun and relaxing stay with lots to keep you busy and a lovely beach right on your doorstep.

Probably the best holiday of my life with family!
If you enjoy sports, a variety of activities, easy beach access, or simply relaxing under the sun by the pool, this place is perfect.
As someone who’s into sports, I was impressed. The hotel has two great beach volleyball courts, two tennis courts (with a professional coach), an archery area, a heated swimming pool for winter, and several other pools for warmer months.
The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only downside is the AC system — it doesn’t heat, and rooms not facing the sea can get chilly at night in December (around 16–17°C). Hopefully, this is something they will improve.
The staff are fantastic — always polite, smiling, and eager to help.
Food is varied slightly daily and hygiene standards are high.
The nursery and entertainment staff are dedicated and kind. Our son loved his time there. They offer two childcare sessions per day (9:45–12:15 and 15:00–17:45), which gives parents a chance to unwind or try other activities.
All in all, this is a solid 4-star resort, and I highly recommend it!

Rotten food in magico- main restaurant and uncooked meat (chicken and pork), moulded food in a kids area, rotten cheese, greenish ham, preery much same food every day (left overs has been warmed up following days to the point where not eadable). We had to see a doctor when arrived back home. Food poison to all of us and bug bites that caused my little one infections - on antibiotics awaiting another doctor visit to carry on treatment as is still bad.
Surely food agency will need to carry inspection at this place! Some of the dishes has extreme amount of salt to kill the taste of not fresh meat.
Massive cockroaches Found on our very last night of staying and plenty of dot like ants (this was the only time we got awake at night packing, so maybe that's why we haven't seen those earlier).
If you remove your beddings you'll see the state of mattress - unbelievable.
As per hotel in general is great in terms of pools, views, entertainment - the entertainment team and ladies that looking after kids are absolutely amazing, plus the dancers are incredible❣️ Ali keeps you moving on a dance floor amazingly too 😊.
Plenty to do during the day (if you book on the app) and always life music and entertainment in the evening until late.
Is ashame that is very far from any kind of town, but still we were not bored.
Mateo, the house keeper- the greatest man and best cleaner, extremely kind and polite, but quite a lot of staff there (including kitchen and bar staff) is very miserable like working there as a punishment - sorry but that's impression of quite few people I was talking to. Crazy David at the plaza bar - always too service too.
In general is very family orientated hotel, with all nice guests, can see kids around in the pool, the lagoon pool isn't deep on long strip, so can children can have freedom of being in the water without you chasing them as can be watched from sun loungers, or simply relax on a splash area while kids running around.
If the food hygiene and quality of food plus bugs would improve, then we would be happy to be back as the entertainment team works really hard to make sure people in all ages enjoy the staying. But unfortunately the restaurant food is dangerous, even some bread has mould- which is ashame
