!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
We came here to stay for 5 nights, and from start to finish it was a nightmare. I have never experienced anything like this before…. First there is no receptionist at all, and if he is ever there he would go as he pleases. When you ring the “emergency number” no one ever answers. We had people come up to us trying to check in as there was no communication and no one to be seen.
Secondly our room was a tiny small room with 3 beds cramed in together. There was no room to even walk. And as you can see from the photos we had MOLD thick mold all over the ceiling which is a serious health matter. Two out of three got seriously ill after 3rd day and never thought anything of it until it made sense with the mold in the ceiling. When we reported it and requested some sort of reimbursement we were told that we have to contact the company we booked it through and that he knew there was MOLD on the ceiling and said it was from a “leak from upstairs” we looked into it further and that “Leak” must of been brewing for some time to get into the state of it now!! After hours and hours on phones, of course he was lying that he legally had to sort out the reimbursement! As this was a health risk and a serious one. When we left our bags to check out today, we advised the owner/ receptionist that we would be looking into this further with the booking agency. When we arrived back of course he had vanished. Clearly made a runner for when we returned. No sign of anyone to get our bags. We had to get the cleaner… Eventually to get them….
All I can say is what a s*** hole and they should be so embarrassed in themselves to let 3 young girls check into a room in that state and knowing there is mold in that ceiling.

After reading all the bad reviews myself & my partner we’re dreading it!!! But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the Manager arrived with in 5-10 minutes of me calling him…..the manager was extremely helpful and very polite, although we had to stay at alternative accommodation for one night due to an issue (manager had sorted for us & payed for and the transport) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would most certainly book to come back. Yes the pool has some bits in but that was usually in the morning after a windy night but the manager cleaned the pool a few times throughout our stay, he was there everyday and always around should we have needed him. These apartments are within a great location and only a short distance from the Main strip would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet break. Rooms are also lovely and spacious with everything you need.

Stayed there last week, was hard to find it , the apartment was dirty and not equipped, services were very poor, very hard to find management when needed, management was ignorant did not want to listen, was full of bed bug bites by the 4th day, refused to change bedding, didnt get fresh towels until the 4th day , just wasn't a good experience and would definitely not recommend this accommodation. 🙁

2nd stay here, basic apartments if you just want a shower and a bed it’s fine not had any issues yet. We always eat out. We don’t use pool doesn’t look inviting. We left bags locked in reception and come back for shower etc if flight is in evening got given key to post in key box when you lock up and leave.

Absolute joke!!!!! Reception is non existent!!!! Waited ages for someone to check us in, after numerous calls to property.
Had to pay €100 damage deposit, which was grudgingly returned the day before departure as we had to check out at 5am, and only after being told we would have to come back later as reception wouldn't be open until 11.30am?!
TV doesn't work as there is no signal. No information/passwords for WiFi.
No room service at all for three days, despite seeing housekeeping in and out of other apartments each day, so had to buy our own toilet paper.
Towels thin and threadbare.
Water supply went off to whole complex in the early hours of morning, and wasn't restored until 10.30am, with no communication from property management. We and other residents had to take the salad drawers from our fridges, fill it up with water from the swimming pool in order to flush the toilets. As another reviewer said this is clearly an ongoing issue.
Such a shame as the complex is fantastic in terms of location, and the rooms themselves are spacious.
Customer service is non existent, and clearly property management are not all interested in their guests.
