Absolute joke!!!!! Reception is non existent!!!! Waited ages for someone to check us in, after numerous calls to property.
Had to pay €100 damage deposit, which was grudgingly returned the day before departure as we had to check out at 5am, and only after being told we would have to come back later as reception wouldn't be open until 11.30am?!
TV doesn't work as there is no signal. No information/passwords for WiFi.
No room service at all for three days, despite seeing housekeeping in and out of other apartments each day, so had to buy our own toilet paper.
Towels thin and threadbare.
Water supply went off to whole complex in the early hours of morning, and wasn't restored until 10.30am, with no communication from property management. We and other residents had to take the salad drawers from our fridges, fill it up with water from the swimming pool in order to flush the toilets. As another reviewer said this is clearly an ongoing issue.
Such a shame as the complex is fantastic in terms of location, and the rooms themselves are spacious.
Customer service is non existent, and clearly property management are not all interested in their guests.

Great location , basic apartment wouldn’t return , stayed her for a week and not once did a cleaner come in to clean,got struck with the 100€ deposit and was forgetting to give it back only I asked if it was an elderly person or anyone rushing to airport he wouldn’t of said anything was chancing his arm!! Pool filthy wouldn’t even step foot in it 🤮

Avoid at all cost no reception had to call late at night to check in room 16 window taped up with gaffer tape put didn’t stick so open all night and no kettles pots pans no cleaning in a week no clean towels bedding etc no air con no WiFi have to pay manager only turns up 15 mins a day showers blocked just a joke surprised it still open needs reporting for condemnedment!!!!
Covered in flea bites all over and swimming pool never been cleaned people using water out there to flush toilets though TV don’t work and wardrobes broke
And they moved us rooms and still same!!

Green and filthy pool, never cleaned the whole week we were there. Expected e100 cash deposit upon arrival in case of damages. Reception never open, only a phone number to ring but unable to do so I had no roaming data. Only 2 towels and half a toilet roll,never saw a cleaner. It appears very run down, the wall behind the pool area literally all fallen down, taped off. Location is great. Unfortunately not recommending a visit
,such a shame.

Just stayed here with my family had no issues whatsoever the rooms are exactly what you would expect for a two star complex clean and tidy clean bedding and towels when needed the owner was around everyday and couldn’t be any more helpful paid €100 euro deposit when we arrived and got it back when we left no problem at all, checked out at 11am he let us put our bags in reception as we had a late flight left the showers and toilets open by the pool for us to use and organised a taxi to pick us up at 7pm, people who are leaving bad reviews must be expecting 4 or 5 star accommodation for 2 star prices all in all a good stay
