PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE KIDS TRAVELING.
We stayed here for 7 days and didn't feel safe at all. The day me and my family arrived (9 pm) there was nobody in the reception and we had to call a number provided on the gate and the guy told us the room that we were staying in. The next day, we went to the beach at 9:30 am and nobody was still there. When we were back at 12, I finally saw the manager who didn't ask any questions but said that he needed our passports and €100 deposit (luckily, we got it back!). The working hours of the reception are from 10am-2pm (or less hours if he is not busy)
For the whole stay, nobody cleaned our room, and towels have been changed once. The shower drain is clogged and floods easily. The doors are very noisy and not safe at all, and during the night when it's windy, they rattle a lot.
If you want to keep your documents safe, you need to pay €15 to have the safe key for your room.
Internet is not free and very pricey (€6 a day for 1 device), and even worse, there is no signal!
The kids pool is very dirty and lots of cracks on the floor and once you get back to your room after u make the bad decision to swim, there is a very noticeable smell of weed/cannabis awaiting you.
Checkout is at 11am but our flight was at 8:30 pm. We asked for the late checkout but the owner said no as he claimed he was fully booked although he didn't have a safe place to store our luggage so we resorted to being in the shade near the swimming pool for 3 hours!

A lovely small , well maintained complex . Studio was was basic but clean and comfortable. Adequate for what we wanted as we are always out . Housekeeping could be better in relation to changing bed linen ( once in 2 weeks and had to ask ) and towels could also be changed more frequently. Location is spot on . About 300 yards from the beach and main strip . If you're on a budget this could work for you .

Just got back after a lovely week here, we had apartment 3, which was ground floor, very clean, clean towels provided when needed, no fighting for sun loungers which was great! Great location, will be back very soon

We was on holiday for 10 days and to be honest disappointed special the owner of the apartment.
From beginning when we arrive I have the filling something wrong ( straight way he ask for deposit 100£ and when the day come to left someone will come to check the room and we get the deposit back, of course we ask for receipt but on our contract we don’t have any deal to pay deposits ones the agency have our details and we pay 1800£ ) my wife she is very kind and she pay deposit 100£ cash to not arguing there with the child and to get the key.when we get on the room surprise : very small, hot, no internet,(for internet 15 euro extra each person and doesn’t have signal kitchen window is not closed, the door very noisy, the wall very tiny and when the neighbour have shower you can here everything, entrance door is not safe, IMPORTANT every single the people smocking WEED and drinking you cannot stay on balcony because off the smell Them speaking all night until morning ! For us was nightmare to hear all this and to be afraid to get out from the room to have chat with them ! We try to get out as much possible to make sure we avoid the noise ! I try to explain to the owners but he doesn’t care
No one come to clean the room on this 10 days or to change the linen on the bed
Anyway by the end the day to left our room come and the agency send to the owner a paper with instructions for next day buss , when he pass the paper I ask regarding our deposit and he sed tomorrow he will be to the reception and will give us the deposit back . We understand and sed ok ! The next day he didn’t pick up the phone and we supposed to leave to not miss the bus ! We took a picture of each value of his flat to make sure doesn’t accuse us we break something or damage
He knows we left and when I try to call him finally answer and he sed will transfer the money straight way ! Pass 3 weeks and we didn’t receive the money back, contacting him and ignore us!
DO NOT PAY DEPOSIT if you don’t have agreements with Your agency
I’m sure if you go there you can see with your ice how is it but is not called holiday there look like room ….

Going to be a very honest review.
Cannot say it’s horrendous, but cannot say it’s luxury.
We were concerned as when we arrived they wanted €100 damages deposit (glad we wasn’t chased as we had to leave at 3am and reception wasn’t manned 24hrs, so we’d have never got this back!) everyone we spoke to also said the same.
Pool was large and loads of Sunbeds, none used when we visited and there is no bar or restaurant/snack bar etc onsite so it’s a little boring, we went to the beach most days and to the local pubs etc.
Good Points…
1. Location.
2. price
3. Decent size
4. Newly Decorated
Bad Points…
1. Room was only cleaned when we asked.
2. towels only changed when we asked.
3. Loud Neighbours (not the owners fault)
4. Basically facilities lacked, one mug in the kitchen etc.
5. Towels didn’t smell that fresh.
6. One toilet roll (be prepared to go to the spar)
7. I wouldn’t say you could cook and spend a night chilling in the apartment as no lounge area.
Overall, we’d recommend if you want somewhere to put your head and that’s it. Otherwise we wouldn’t recommend, we wouldn’t not return, but we’d obviously be more prepared that it’s extremely basic
