We as a family of 4 have just returned from this lovely hotel apartments are so spacious. The staff are so welcoming and friendly reception staff couldn’t do enough for us especially the 2 ladies sorry I didn’t get there names. I personally didn’t try the breakfast my husband and sons did and they all said it was very nice and well worth the money. He said the breakfast staff were very good aswell. Good location not too far from the strip short walking distance plenty of public transport services the tourist train is brilliant. We tried the hotel bar one night very reasonable compared to other bars in the are we all had cocktails. The only very slight complaint was the pool it was very cold but I suppose you get that everywhere you go on holiday. Overall a wonderful holiday spent in Albufeira

Paulo on the front desk is an absolute sweetheart..nothing too much trouble..I called 4 weeks before my arrival and asked if I could have a room with a bath..arrived not expecting to get a room with a bath..Paulo remembered my call and allocated a room with a bath 5* service 👏 spotlessly clean, comfy bed and great snack bar..I usually walk a lot on holiday especially at the beach however the beach was a good distance away and on the way back it was mostly up very steep and uphill so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely hotel and staff were lovely but especially the receptionist named ricardo he was very helpful during his long shifts and was always lovely and his customer service was exceptional i would really recommend this hotel had a great time and holiday. Only 5 minutes of a walk to the strip which was very convenient overall 5 stars. xx And a lovely cat named elvis at the reception so amazing 😻

Rooms are huge and v clean. Nice pool. Cleaning crew and breakfast staff are the highlight of this hotel. Reception team can learn from their colleagues. Wifi, elevator and lobby needs updating.

Had a lovely family holiday here. On arrival we were greerted by the friendly receptionist Ricardo (be sure to roll that R lol) and directed to our room. The room was a spacious one bedroom apartment with good air con. The bedroom beds are comfy but the sofa type beds are quite stiff to lay on. The kitchenette is practical for cooking snacks with 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster,sink,kettle and well stocked with utensil and crockery. The hotel and rooms as pointed out by others are dated but very cleaned and well tended to buy room service. The location is very close to new town and a 5 euro or so taxi ride to old town . There is a zero tolerance approach to any unruly behaviour from groups or loud music, they reserve the right to charge a 300 euro deposit but never ask it from family's or couples it seems to be in place for any potential issues from younger holiday makers. Pool area is clean and well maintained, no lifeguard or entertainment and floaties are allowed so not ideal for toddlers. Snack bar is friendly and does well for exactly that a snack but cocktails are fairly basic. One issue for me would be that the Aircon compressor is in the balcony and radiats a lot of heat so make sure it's turned off before sitting out. I'd be very happy to stay here again and really enjoyed myself as did the family and we never felt on top of eachother. Thanks to the staff for an enjoyable stay!
