Gorgeous rooms & pool area. Staff are super friendly & helpful. I was lucky enough to book midweek so the club opposite was shut. Couldn't sleep with the door open due to outdoor noise so definitely won't be an option once the club is open. Air conditioning in room. Mini bar. €5 voucher received if you opt out of the days cleaning.

Lovely clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Only issue I have is that breakfast is the same every morning. Alternating between 2 varieties of jogurts. Health corner is always the same with no variations of different fruit...don't cater much for allergic people.

This place was great. Very clean and great service. Bed was comfortable and large. Bathroom was updated, and the balcony was nice with chairs and a table. The area is on a strip but not loud at all, maybe cause we were there during the week. Overall good experience. Thank you!

Me and one of my best friends previously stayed at this hotel and we had the most amazing time. The staff were lovely, the decor and hotel rooms were very big and spacious. It was very near and accessible to the Albufeira strip, and the nightclubs were so much fun. Special mention to the receptionist who was able to accommodate us after our flight cancelled and gave us a lovely bungalow to stay in! In terms of location, it is quite far from Portimão where we initially were in Portugal for a festival, however we are happy we got to enjoy both places. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back next year. See you guys again!

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It faces directly onto a nightclub that opens from 12am-6am daily. After our first sleepless night we asked reception could we move and she gave us earplugs and said “yes it’s a horrible room isn’t it”. After our second sleepless night we went back to her she then said she would have management come to us. We never seen or met a manager we were sent a WhatsApp explaining that the room could only be changed if we paid and extra €250 including the price of breakfast every morning even though we had paid for breakfast in our original room. We paid the fee and packed only to be told we couldn’t move until the following day (this was not made clear prior to paying). The day we were to move the receptionist asked at 11:50 if I could leave the room by 12 even though my new room would not be ready until 4pm. When we finally did move to the “luxury bungalow” we were thrilled only to realise that it is still on the roadside and we could hear everything at night. As well as this the new room had bloodstained tiling in the bathrooms. The cleaner came to our room at 2pm the following day and when asked if she could come back in 10 minutes once we left she said no. The one day our room was “cleaned” they didn’t change the bed covers the pillows were still covered in makeup stains. We contemplated leaving and paying to stay elsewhere but couldn’t afford to. And due to the lack of sleep we slept late missing the breakfast we had paid twice for! I cannot stress enough how much this hotel nearly ruined our holiday and how unhelpful the receptionist was, our only saving grace was that we had friends staying in a different hotel who let us stay when the lack of sleep became too much to handle
