Very nice hotel with great views. Staff is very friendly and helpful. View is great overall. Ample parking available, easy access to the hiking trail and restaurants nearby.
Caveats:
If you are looking for a calm, quiet retreat in the summer, this is probably not it. We stayed there in late February and it was quiet enough since nobody used the pool area. Rooms with sea view all face the pool and I imagine this will get quite loud once the pool is popular.
The bed mattress is not comfortable and quite disappointing for a hotel in that category.
The gym is small and not that well equipped.

Beautiful Great location!!!! Older hotel that has done an amazing job keeping it modern. The room was great- only issue was the bed was too firm. Flat pillows and child size robes. Room could get a little warm at times- Otherwise beautiful.
Would absolutely go back! Food and service top notch.

I have never been this sad to leave a place. Be it the views, the loaction, food or facilities within the resort everything exceeds expectations. Breakfast was amazing. Premium quality and a huge selection of food. There is just one outdoor pool but its well maintained and overlooks a wonderful cliff. Staff and waiters are the most sweetest people that I have met there. It also has a rooftop restaurant and bar where you get amazing sunset views. This is really a package deal. The resort is very close to a few beaches and the seven hanging valleys trail, like a walk of 15 minutes. Location wise, its perfect. We celebrated my birthday and the hotel staff delivered champagne and a cake to our room, which is honestly such a sweet gesture. I am very grateful to the person who arranged the flower bouquet when my husband wanted to surprise me with a little extra.
I already want to go back there next year because it the perfect getaway. This is officially our best vacation resort.

Upon arrival, the hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. Don’t, and I repeat, don’t get a room on the fourth floor under the dining room and bar. You will be up all night and be woken up very early in the morning by chairs being moved and housekeepers cleaning. We did mention this to the staff at the front desk and they were pretty nonchalant about it. A simple remedy would be to put soft coasters on the chair, legs and ask the housekeepers to clean the bar area after 9 AM The first night we ate in the bar and the food was fair at best. Our server was extremely nice, but service was very, very slow. The location and the view are perfect. Our suggestion would be to make sure you get the right room and eat in town.

Tivoli markets itself as offering “the highest definition of hospitality,” “a new standard in luxury,” and “impeccable facilities.” While the hotel is overall above average, it does not fully live up to these claims.
Room & Hotel
The room was small but very well executed. The renovation quality and finishing were excellent, with thoughtful details such as proper glassware, a corkscrew, and generous coffee and tea amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. The only minor downside was the balcony doors, which felt unfinished compared to the rest of the renovation.
The hotel is large, beautifully located, and even in low season maintained a pleasant atmosphere.
Wellness & Spa
The spa description on the website is misleading. The sauna and steam room are located separately from the indoor pool in a very small, reservable space with a maximum capacity of three guests. There is no comfortable seating or relaxation area. Swimwear is mandatory in the sauna, which we found uncomfortable and unhygienic.
The indoor pool itself is basic and far from luxurious. Overall, the spa experience is extremely limited and not what one would expect from a five-star hotel.
Food & Beverage
Dinner at The One restaurant was very good, with high-quality food, a calm atmosphere, and professional service.
Azur Bar, however, was a major disappointment. Service was extremely slow and inattentive, tables were not cleared, and there was no sense of hospitality. This is far below five-star standards. Our complaints were handled politely, and we did receive apologies and complimentary drinks.
Breakfast
Exceptional. Without exaggeration, the best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. The selection was extensive, and the quality outstanding.
Value & Verdict
In low season, prices are reasonable, but given the limited winter facilities—especially the spa—the hotel feels slightly overpriced.
Tivoli does not present itself as a wellness hotel but rather as a hotel with wellness facilities, which is an important distinction. With adjusted expectations and no wellness focus, we would consider returning.
