I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with Tivoli and their incredible staff. We hosted our wedding at this breathtaking venue, and from the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. From our first conversations months before the wedding to the moment we checked out, the team made us feel valued, supported, and genuinely cared for.
A special thank you to the coordinator, Ana, who was truly amazing throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but Ana and her team guided us every step of the way, always finding solutions and ensuring everything came together seamlessly. We felt completely supported and confident knowing we were in such capable hands.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The cliffside views are captivating, the rooms are beautiful, and every corner of the property feels special. It was the perfect setting for our dream wedding.
Thank you to Ana, her team, and the entire Tivoli staff for making our wedding and stay so unforgettable. You exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did. I highly recommend Tivoli for weddings, special events, or simply a relaxing getaway. Beautiful Great location!!!! Older hotel that has done an amazing job keeping it modern. The room was great- only issue was the bed was too firm. Flat pillows and child size robes. Room could get a little warm at times- Otherwise beautiful.
Would absolutely go back! Food and service top notch.

An amazing stay from start to finish. The service was perfect, with incredible attention to detail — the staff even surprised us with champagne and a cake for my partner’s birthday without us ever mentioning it, which made the experience feel extra special.
The rooms were comfortable with impeccable views, and the overall decor and upkeep of the hotel were outstanding. Room service was efficient, and the food was excellent, especially the buffet breakfast.
What really stood out was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff — they truly made the stay unforgettable. I genuinely couldn’t fault anything about our visit.

Myself and my partner arranged a 7 night holiday to Carvoeiro to celebrate my 40th Birthday. We chose Tivoli Hotels due to its proximity to the beach and its previous ratings from other holidaymakers. Due to the special occasion we felt it necessary to push the boat out a little.
I can 100% say this was absolutely the right decision as our stay was faultless.
We were greeted on our arrival and checked in with the reception staff who were both, extremely professional, and friendly.
The facilities were Immaculate, plenty of restaurants and a bar on site. Access to Spa facilities (treatments at additional cost) and both indoor and outdoor pools which every time we used, we had exclusive use of due to visiting outside of the main holiday season.
The Breakfasts included in the room rate were exceptional. Im not sure there's a rating high enough to reflect how fantastic this was! The staff in both the restaurant and the bar were amazing and could not do enough for you.
I was also very surprised and appreciative of the attention given on the day of my birthday when we returned to the hotel to find a Birthday Cake and a Bottle of Champagne compliments of the hotel to mark the occasion!
If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
We have loved every second of our holiday and 100% hope to stay again in the future.

I have never been this sad to leave a place. Be it the views, the loaction, food or facilities within the resort everything exceeds expectations. Breakfast was amazing. Premium quality and a huge selection of food. There is just one outdoor pool but its well maintained and overlooks a wonderful cliff. Staff and waiters are the most sweetest people that I have met there. It also has a rooftop restaurant and bar where you get amazing sunset views. This is really a package deal. The resort is very close to a few beaches and the seven hanging valleys trail, like a walk of 15 minutes. Location wise, its perfect. We celebrated my birthday and the hotel staff delivered champagne and a cake to our room, which is honestly such a sweet gesture. I am very grateful to the person who arranged the flower bouquet when my husband wanted to surprise me with a little extra.
I already want to go back there next year because it the perfect getaway. This is officially our best vacation resort.
