Relaxing stay, lovely staff, good food.
Enjoyed an 11 night stay at the Volcan.
Staff are lovely, very helpful and attentive.
The room could use some TLC in places but was still comfortable. Pillow menu a nice touch but better, newer pillows, really needed.
The atmosphere in Club Volcan is calm and laid back, just what we were looking for to relax and unwind.
The food is tasty, good quality and varied across theme nights, so we really enjoyed our meals at the buffet. Although the selection is limited so fussy eaters might struggle.
We tried breakfast in the private Club Volcan dining room twice but found the cooked egg dishes somewhat strange. For example, Eggs Benedict was served on sweet pancakes and had almost no hollandaise sauce. So we decided to stick with the main buffet.
Excellent location by Marina Rubicon. Great for market days and love the walk along the cliffs and seafront.
I would absolutely recommend Pilates class with Steffi. She's amazing. I worried about joining in because of joint issues but she really knows her stuff and I felt good after.
I had a fabulous deep tissue massage with Steffi at the spa too. She relieved a number of my aches and pains. Thanks Steffi, your amazing. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
All in all a lovely stay. We'll definitely be back.

My stay at Livvo Vulcano in Lanzarote was exceptionally enjoyable, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and high-quality service. From the very first moment, you can feel that this place is designed for calm, elegant holidays. The hotel itself is beautifully arranged — the spacious lobby, well-maintained interiors, and stylish details create a very pleasant atmosphere that truly helps you unwind.
The rooms are bright, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony was a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Housekeeping was always done thoroughly and on time, and the staff paid attention to every detail, making us feel genuinely cared for.
Breakfast and dinner were a real highlight. The selection of dishes was extensive, the food tasty and fresh, and the restaurant staff were efficient and very friendly. I especially appreciated the variety — even during a longer stay there was no monotony. There were both classic options and more local flavors to choose from.
The pool area is another big plus. The pools are clean, spacious, and surrounded by well-kept greenery, which creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. There was never a problem finding a free sunbed, and the entire hotel feels very peaceful — perfect for anyone wanting to escape noise and crowds.
The location also deserves praise. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, and the long seaside promenade, ideal for evening strolls. At the same time, it is far enough from the busiest spots to remain quiet and comfortable.
The hotel staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always smiling. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the guests — every request was handled quickly and without any issues. This creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay even more enjoyable.
Livvo Vulcano is a place I would happily return to. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food, a beautiful pool area, and outstanding service makes it a truly recommendable hotel. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday in Lanzarote.

Great hotel, amazing design. The biggest bedroom i've ever stayed in. Great location as it was about a 30 min walk from the main area. The only disappointment was the buffet food selection. Sorry to say but it was poor. Whilst i'm not a vegetarian I couldn't see a veggie option when it was the seafood themed evening. The breakfast selection was great. I would stay here again but only on a B&B basis.

A great hotel. We stayed for a week outside of school holidays. The pools were our favourite feature, very big and well laid out with plenty of loungers, spaced out so you could have some privacy. Rooms were great, as were the bars but we didn't sample the evening meals. Location is good, but we found the Marina too quiet and eventually walking to the main areas twice a day grated on us.

A truly amazing hotel! What we liked…. Location, right on the marina with a gate for easy access. Also right on the coast so selected rooms have views out to sea and towards Fuerteventura. Also away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Spaciousness…. This is the most extravagantly, spacious hotel I’ve ever been in. Rooms & bathrooms, more than adequate. The entrance is literally a replica of a church! The main reception is big enough to host a concert and comes complete with jungle and waterfall! The hotel itself is spread over a large area & we spent ages exploring it! The adults only “Club Volcán” looked intriguing but we weren’t prepared to spend the extra. Food….. amazing buffet selection for the breakfasts and the 3 evening meals we had there. Lovely ambience in the dining room / terrace. The waiting staff were all lovely. The grounds are stunning and extensive and the many pools looked very inviting. What we didn’t like ( fairly minor in the scheme of things) Maybe could have spent a little more for a better view, not that ours was that bad! On several morning the hot breakfast food, wasn’t hot! Still nicely cooked but not kept hot! The bathroom really needed a refurb with very grubby grouting to the tiles and a lime scaled shower screen. Boxed breakfast cereal didn’t really suit a 5 star hotel. Several Restaurants and the shop weren’t open, due to lack of staff we understand. Some reserving of sun loungers although there were plenty. Some tired decor to the exterior of the building. All in all, a wonderful hotel, maybe a little tired, maybe a little under staffed, but what a gem! And we would return tomorrow!
