We absolutely loved our 7-day stay here! The location is simply incredible, offering fantastic access to all the highlights of the Karon beach area.
One of the best features is the enormous garden area, where no cars are permitted. This means there's absolutely no noise, creating a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. But they have car parking , taxi entrance area separately.
The views from the balcony are also breathtaking – you get a stunning beach view on one side and majestic mountains on the other!
The hotel boasts all the facilities you could wish for: a well-equipped gym, table tennis, a dedicated working room, a quiet study room, a lovely restaurant, and a cozy bar. It truly felt like a dreamy honeymoon escape!
Don't forget to visit their restaurant, Pasha, where guests of the hotel receive a generous 15% discount.
We loved every moment!

I like this place very much, the service is very good. During the holiday, I took my daughter to relax. The staff took care of me very friendly. I recommend the serene pool. The food is delicious. The staff is very cute. The cocktails here are perfect. The price is not expensive. Both my daughter and my mother are very happy. 💚💚

How do you go from a 5 star review to a 4 star review? You don’t treat them like you want them to come back again. It is the simple things. You train your staff to smile and greet the customers. Stayed one week and not one hello from the staff at the breakfast. The hotel has no ice. Asked for ice with our water at the breakfast and they have no ice. I thought maybe it was a miscommunication so I went to the front desk to ask about an ice machine. Still no. No ice at a hotel in Thailand? Asked to check one hour later then normal to line up when we needed to leave for the airport. They want to charge for the extra hour. Yeah, I know that sometimes happens but after a week stay they want to take a more money for the extra hour. Nah, that is not good business and leaves the customer feeling unappreciated. Enough to give a 4 star review. Probably not worth it for them. But if that is the kind of hotel they want to be then so be it. The upstairs pool closes a 1900. Right when the sun is setting. Also, where you want to exchange your towels when you come back from the beach.
The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Overall the hotel is worth the four stars and did not disappoint. Pitty about the staff and bad business practices. Next time will definitely stay at a different location and hope for better service. The Wuriburu Phuket resort and space is next door, closer to the beach, and about the same price. That will be my choice next time.

I found the security guards very hostile and unnecessarily rude especially at the front of the hotel. Especially given that as a tourist they can certainly determine we were not from Thailand. I also found the same security asking to see my hotel card even having seen my card 10 minutes prior to me leaving. (Not all security guards are the same).
This really became an issue when I lost my card and was attempting to refuse entry. I had to walk around to the beach side of the hotel to gain entry.
The air conditioning is a real issue I am pleased I had my ear plugs with me. Issuing one card for the room did not allow me to keep my ac on while out which took time to cool down.
As I had one person in my room I was told it was 500bhat for another card. The breakfast was ok at best however I would say the reception staff were awesome!!
The pools and staff at the swimming pools were awesome. The old phukhet side of the hotel could do with a revamp in my view but overall apart from these issues I would say the room views are awesome and the staff apart from security are very friendly and helpful.
I would not revisit this hotel again especially as the security guards I had contact with. The AC and issuing another card should be standard practice as should the security guards be polite and less hostile and should be spoken to about their lack of professionalism towards guests.

We spent a week at The Old Phuket in a pool side room and we loved it! 5 minute walk to shops, beach and restaurants but the resort itself is really quiet. Lovely friendly staff, large room and en suite, fab pool. We would definitely return!
