Just back from a lovely stay in this hotel. Spotlessly clean, excellent staff & service, centrally located, rooftop is stunning, cocktails are amazing. Excellent amenities on the doorstep, literally a few minutes walk at most. There is a lovely buzz around the place. Rooms have all essentials. We have given 4 star for the rooms because we had a small issue that was sorted very quickly by reception staff. Thank you for having us & we would definitely recommend the hotel.

Just back from a short break in Malta and stayed at the embassy hotel. This without a doubt was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
The hotel itself is absolutely amazing and stunning all the way through from the reception to rooftop, pool and room.
The staff from the moment we opened the door, took our luggage and offered us complementary drinks.
Check in was a breeze and everything was ready for us what we had requested.
The room was not ready as we arrived very early in the morning but the hotel called us shortly after to advise us the room was ready.
This was very soon after.
We were Offered a place to refresh and change before our room was ready.
The hotel offered us facilities such as spar tretments and private tours that were great the room was excellwnt and we had a triple room.
The room had all luxury detailed with robes and slippers, coffee machine, fridge and ice water with fresh water machine just outside doorway.
The room smelt absolutly stunning and when asked at reception was advised they had a fragrance made just for the hotel that could be purchased which bought.
The location was centre to all the main atractions and areas to visit and could not have been better. The room was well insulated from noise and could not hear anything.
Room had a door which opened to a juliet balcony and you could see up and down the streets which was lovely.
We are looking at our next visit and will be back at the embassy for a longer break next time.
Overall though it was absolutly the staff that made this fabulous for us.

Everything was excellent! The hotel has a perfect location, and the view is simply stunning. Special praise to the staff – incredibly friendly and professional. The service was top-notch, and we truly felt welcome. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the same experience next time!
I absolutely have to write a separate review for Aleksandar, your Guest Experience Manager, because he truly deserves every bit of praise! From the moment we arrived, Aleksandar was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to all our needs. He took the time to personally show us the rooms, explain all the amenities, and make us feel immediately welcome and comfortable.
The rooms themselves were immaculate and exceptionally comfortable – everything was simply perfect, even beyond our expectations. Unfortunately, we already had a booking at another hotel, so a refund wasn’t possible, but that didn’t diminish the amazing experience we had with your team. Despite this, we are already planning our return to Malta and will gladly stay at your hotel again.
Aleksandar is truly someone who makes a difference – his enthusiasm, helpfulness, and professionalism left a lasting, overwhelmingly positive impression on us. I had to write a separate review for him because one simply isn’t enough to express our gratitude!
Kudos to the entire team, but special thanks to Aleksandar for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for warm, professional, and genuinely caring service – here you feel at home, but with the style and comfort you deserve.

I would not recommend The Embassy Valletta Hotel due to the lack of empathy and poor customer service I experienced.
I accidentally entered an incorrect email address when making the reservation on their website. Because of this mistake, I never received any confirmation or booking details and was completely unaware that the reservation existed. The hotel actually contacted me first, which is how I discovered the booking.
As soon as I became aware of the situation, I explained the mistake and asked if they could help resolve it by not charging the entire booking. I acknowledge that the incorrect email was my error. However I was disappointed by the complete lack of flexibility and empathy in how the situation was handled.
Rather than trying to find a reasonable solution (for example charging one night or showing some goodwill for an honest mistake), the hotel insisted on enforcing a strict cancellation fee. The communication felt very rigid and transactional, which is disappointing from a hotel where customer experience should matter the most.
I could have cancelled my other hotel reservation and stayed with them, but the way this situation was handled completely ruined the experience before it even began. As a result, I chose not to stay at the hotel at all.
Mistakes happen, but how a hotel responds to them says a lot about their customer service culture. Unfortunately, in my case there was very little understanding or willingness to help resolve the situation

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The facilities are great, the bedroom very spacious, with nice amenities and the location is unbeatable. But the staff is the one that makes the experience completely worth it. Aleksander is a very nice and proactive Guest Experience Manager, making sure we are enjoying our stay and that we would have his direct contact in case we would need anything. We deeply appreciated the upgrade we were offered because of our one week stay.
I would need to do a special mention to the hotel restaurant and its staff - great food (taste and presentation), amazing drinks but above all an impecable service! The restaurant's dining room staff is so effortlessly elegant, polite and professional without losing the human touch which makes the whole difference - mainly when you have kids.
The noise at night in that area is expectable and indeed the rooms could have better sound isolation - nonetheless, is an improvement that I would say is easy and tangible in a medium-term. This being said, it was a very small thing compared with the entire positive experience we had!
