Can't fault the hospitality received from Maria, Reena and Nikos. Made a party of 19 (which is quite a feat and challenging, to say the least!) They collectively made us feel welcome and pulled out all the stops to make my Ma's 80th very special. I feedback with minimum criticism but positive feedback; the rooms could be updated and perhaps have some infestation treatment. One of our rooms had cockroaches and the other riddled with ants despite efforts from Maintenance. A little disappointed that even though the hotel wasn't full capacity and we were the first guests of the season they could not offer a room change for a young family in this room. Talking of first guests of the season and we had paid full whack for the all inclusive packages (circa £20k) for a week we did not get the package as promised, it was a chaotic first 3 days with hardly any food or services options, this i will direct at Jet2 who were not helpful with any of it! Don't book your holiday with Jet2. I am seasoned traveller and never again with Jet2. Thank you Dome Beach for doing the best you could, especially Maria, Nikos & Reena. Wishing you lots of success! The hotel is very well located and the meals are excellent and they offer a gastronomic variety. The staff is very friendly, especially Juan, the muscular guy from the animation, he is very friendly and his enthusiasm is impressive. Maria is also great and she is there ready to help the guests and take good care. The only less positive side is the bus stop which is a little far from the hotel. Overall it was a great experience.

The beach is amazing and the hotel is nice for a 4 stars hotel. The most amazing so far is the animator Juanito, he did incredible DJ set and he speak many languages. I will never forget his fantastic DJ night. Congratulations to hotel to have this DJ animator. Breakfast is very nice too and the rest of staff are ok.

Time very well spent. Beautiful beach, large swimming pools, free sun loungers, modern hotel, high level of cleanliness. The bartender-Dominic, a charismatic and hard-working man, does a great job. The food was ok, but it would be worth doing some more work here. The biggest drawback is the lack of contact with the hotel. We booked it in January for the April date and we wanted to make sure that everything was OK. We called, wrote e-mails, on Facebook - still no response. On site we found out that it was not directly through the hotel, but the management - tsokkos, where all our attempts to contact were made.

Review of Dome Beach Resort, Ayia Napa: Positives: 1. The beach at Dome Beach Resort is unparalleled – with its golden sands and clear waters, it's ideal for swimming, free of any pebbles or stones. The cleanliness and safety, especially for children, are commendable. 2. The staff here are the epitome of hospitality, always wearing welcoming smiles and genuinely interested in ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. 3. While the initial à la carte menu during the early days of the season was hit and miss, the transition to the buffet was seamless, offering a variety of delicious options. Negatives: 1. The operating hours of the gym and spa, from 10 am to 6 pm, may not suit early risers or night owls, limiting access for some guests. 2. Although understandable during the gradual opening period, the initial issues with air conditioning, while resolved by day three, were an inconvenience. 3. The lack of entertainment during the early stages of April could disappoint guests seeking evening activities, though this may change as the resort fully opens up.
