We had a lovely stay here at THB bamboo. 1. The hotel is lovely and contemporary and super super clean. The people who clean the rooms and around the hotel do an excellent job.
2. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They helped us hire a car for three days and made it so easy. They contacted the company who came to the hotel the next morning with the car and keys. Couldn’t have been any easier.
3. Great breakfast with a wide variety of choice. Lots of fresh fruit and salad and even smoked salmon. Great variety of hot food, pastries and bread. Lovely fresh coffee made by a barista as well.
4. Our room had a great view over the mountains and over the lake beside the hotel. Was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the evening.
5. Great hotel gym. Had everything you need for a hotel workout.
6. Be mindful if you have privacy issues that the toilet has glass doors and the bathroom is not separated from the main bedroom. Means you can hear everything. Luckily my partner and I live together already so this wasn’t too much of an issue but might be for others.
7. Unfortunately during my stay a sentimental tshirt of mine went missing following a daily clean of the room. It was very light in colour so I think it may have got mixed up accidentally with the sheets or towels taken by housekeeping. Reception did follow this up with them and the laundrette which I am very appreciative of though it wasn’t recovered.
8. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the nearest bus stop. Very easy to get around!

Overall a very nice stay. New, clean and modern, half-board food was great too-definitely pay the extra for it. The only downside was the bathroom situation with the shared toilet/shower door meaning a tiny toilet barely big enough to stand up in let alone sit down in and the lack of privacy is ridiculous. Why not one private room for bathroom and shower together is beyond me. Also I got in trouble with a server for trying to take 5 slices of pizza away from the buffet for the next day’s lunch, she confiscated it so be warned they don’t like you doing it. Which is a shame as the pizza was delicious

My daughter and I were looking for somewhere to spend a relaxing few days in early April. This lovely hotel was everything we'd hoped for & more. Lovely contemporary feel with a beautiful pool area & charming, welcoming staff.
The breakfast buffet was a visual delight, with a wide choice of options & the icing on the cake was the discovery of a lovely sandy beach minutes from the hotel.
Can't wait to return!

I’m so impressed with my stay here that I decided to leave my review mid vacation. Such a nice hotel, and the staff are all absolutely lovely! Nothing is too much trouble. The pool area is beautiful, the gym is pretty good (for a hotel gym) plenty in there to get a good pump on. Special thank you to Manuel for taking such good care of us during our stay, such amazing service, thank you brother

Had a very nice 5 night stay here as part of me & my husband’s honeymoon! Staff were all very friendly and accommodating; special shoutout to Roxanna at the front desk - rockstar! Breakfast was phenomenal with a very large buffet selection plus made to order eggs, coffee, and mimosas (or just champagne). Pools were nice, clean, and plenty of lounge chairs available. Gym decent sized with a few machines, dumbbells, and treadmills. Bike lock available. Great location - 5 minute walk to the beach and about 20 minute walk to the Port area; 2 miles to Alcúdia old town (walkable). Bus stop 3 minutes away with good links to rest of the island. Lots of bike rental places, markets, and restaurants close by. Luggage storage available after checkout for free and can access pool and gym area for the rest of the day (including shower access in gym, perfect for a late flight after the beach). Rooms a little small but comfortable for 2 people, especially if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Would love to stay here again!
