Well we have just come to the end of our week stay & the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are lovely n spacious. The only thing I find disappointing is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. If like us you like a drink when you wake then bring a travel kettle unless it changes. The staff very friendly smiles on their faces at all times from reception to bar staff to restaurant staff we couldn’t fault them. Olga in the restaurant was lovely & friendly & chatty. The cleaning staff work so hard to keep the hotel spotlessly clean inc rooms communal areas etc. Food … I have to say it is the best all inclusive I have had brekkie even has English bacon n sausage every morning. The freshly made omelettes are fantastic. The pool areas are brilliant like an oasis the surroundings are like being in a tropical island. Snack bars are great too. We will be returning in December & can’t wait the hotel really has the wow factor.

Hotel extremely clean. Our rooms were lovely. Walls a little thin so depends on your neighbours for how quiet it is, but we were mostly fine. Food is always available and quite a variety, although the layout of the restaurant where food is mainly in one line leads to queues or annoyance at trying to get to the one item wanted. Location of the hotel is good. Short walk to nature reserve or beach or Yumbo centre. Bus stop outside the hotel and supermarket across the street is useful. Entertainment is OK.

A wonderful hotel with great staff. Beautiful pools and environment. But was to far of from everything. Just a small supermarket nearby. So if you wish to stay at your hotel most of your visit or if you have kids who can walk for minimum 40 minutes i would absolutely recommend this hotel, but not otherwise.

The hotel is stunning and the food is great. But the staff are absolutely useless. They are literally non existent they just don’t engage with the guests in any level whatsoever. The only staff who are in anyway good are the boys behind the bar in the evenings. The guys in the outdoor bars by the pool genuinely look like they don’t want to work here. I Asked for an iron the first day to iron a few tops. Was told there are no irons in the rooms. In what hotel on this planet to they not have irons in the rooms? I asked at reception for an iron and Was charged £21 to use rent an iron and was told they don’t provide irons because they have laundry services (which need to be paid for) absolutely scandalous. Entertainment team in the days are never there. They play music for about 10 minutes then there’s no music for the rest of the day. I would say 95% of the staff need replacing or complete retraining because they are no good for a 4 star hotel. The rooms are absolutely stunning and can’t fault the pool area and reception , bar etc. but the staff are the worst I’ve ever come across hands down.

We stayed in the prestige suite overlooking the pool which was a lovely surprise as this room was not expected when we booked. This was my second time here stayed in January this year and also last year. I will also be returning to this hotel. The pool and pool bars are lovely, loads of different bars to sit at, plenty of sun loungers but we chose to stay on our balcony as this was by the pool. Plenty to do. Pool tables, table tennis and an arcade. I visited the spa last year but did not go this year. Spa is good value and I had a relaxing afternoon. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was amazing, water, tea coffee and a fridge. Downside was there was no iron to use. The free standing bath in the bedroom was a nice touch for couples. Bed was very comfortable just wished there was more English channels to watch on the tv. The all inclusive was good value and found it an easy experience to go for breakfast lunch and dinner, the family snack bar was excellent for hot dogs/burgers. Drinks were decent enough as we do not really drink alcohol but upgrading to the all inclusive plus would be better for people who do. Overall an excellent holiday yet again at this hotel, friends and family are eager to book after seeing pictures of our room and we cannot wait to return to this hotel again soon!
